19. Barry?

Cisco, Caitlin and Nia rushed to CCPD. Joe waited for them and noticed them immediately. ''What is going on?'' Nia asked as she noticed that it was noisy at the Police department. ''Cops are freaking out since the Flash disappeared. But this is so strange, you know, what happened to Barry'' Joe sighed and led them to a room. Here it was really quiet. Joe opened the door and let them in. Barry was in that room. He sat on the ground, with his back to the wall and looked very grumpy. ''When can I get out of here, I did nothing wrong'' he sighed. ''Barry?'' Caitlin asked confused. ''Who's Barry?'' Barry asked. ''He claims to be someone named Sebastian'' Joe sighed as he rubbed his chin. He had no idea what to do. ''Sebastian kinda looks like Barry'' Nia tried to see the bright side. ''At least we have him back'' she added. ''Yeah, but look at him, he looks younger than 20'' Cisco checked Barry and didn't understand what happened to him. ''Can you tell us what happened to you before you came here, Barry?'' Caitlin asked. ''I tried that'' Joe sighed, but Caitlin cut him off. She needed to hear it from him. ''I am not Barry, I am sorry I look like him, but I don't know who you are'' Barry said. ''Just tell us what happened'' Cisco encouraged him. Barry seemed less annoyed by the fact he was held in the Police department. Maybe because Nia, Cisco and Caitlin seemed nicer than the cops. ''I was in my bedroom when a random guy showed up and the next thing I remember is that weirdo shaking me and saying: Barry is ir really you! And hugging me'' Barry sighed and looked angry at Joe for a moment. ''Can you describe the guy that showed up in your bedroom?'' Caitlin asked curious. ''He looked really weird and said weird things. He wore this weird suit like he was a super villains and he said that the universe was more important than my sad life of being a bully'' Barry sighed. ''Holy shit I know where Barry is'' Cisco said and left the room. The others followed. ''What?'' Joe didn't get it. ''This is a doppelgänger of Barry! Barry is on his earth!'' Cisco explained. ''That sounds like something the Monitor could do, I mean, the guy he described was definitely the Monitor, right?'' Caitlin said. ''Of course!'' Nia said and it made sense for her. ''This gets weirder every day'' Joe sighed. ''Can you handle this?'' he asked. ''Of course, can we take him to earth-38?'' Cisco asked. ''I am not sure if that's a good idea, he is already very confused'' Caitlin said. ''We need to know what earth he is from'' Cisco said. ''And then we'll get Barry and Kara'' Nia said and nodded hopeful. ''You think Kara is with Barry?'' Cisco asked and when he said that it made more sense. ''Could be'' Nia shrugged her shoulders. ''First, we need to get to know what he knows. How can we know what earth he comes from?'' Caitlin asked. ''It's good you asked'' Cisco smiled. ''We need to go to STAR Labs'' he added. ''Is Sebastian coming too?'' Nia asked. ''Yes, of course, he is a teenager, what will he do when he is in a city all by him self?'' Cisco said and walked back into the room. ''Are you ready for a little trip to see something else of the city?'' Cisco asked. ''Sure, I want to get out of here, it sucks here. Can you tell me where I am?'' Sebastian asked as he stood up. ''We are in Central City, my friend. Where do you come from?'' Cisco said. ''I am from Lima, Ohio'' Sebasian said. ''Ohio, huh'' Nia thought. ''That's a long way from here'' Caitlin sighed. ''Let's go, we'll get you home'' Cisco said and they went to STAR Labs.

''I gotta say, this looks awesome'' Sebastian said as he looked around. ''Yeah, well, we need to figure out what happened to our friends, so let's get to business'' Caitlin said. ''Relax, since when are you so tense?'' Cisco asked. ''We need them back'' Caitlin sighed. ''Why don't you lay down there'' Cisco said as he pointed to the bed in the medbay. ''Are you guys going to experiment on me?'' Sebastian asked suddenly suspicious. ''No, we need to find our friends and you are the key'' Cisco explained. ''Can't I dream them'' Nia said suddenly. ''You can try, but I couldn't vibe them, so I'm not sure if it'll work'' Cisco sighed. Sebastian decided to lay down, because he wanted to go home. Cisco attached some things to Sebastian and Caitlin checked his vitals. ''Steady'' she said as Cisco finished. ''Good'' Cisco said. ''Here you are!'' someone said walking in the cortex. ''What are you doing here, Felicity?'' Nia asked as she turned around. ''I need your help. Oliver's missing'' she said dramatically. ''This keeps getting worse'' Cisco sighed. ''We need their location, Cisco!'' Caitlin said and he turned back to Sebastian. ''What are you doing?'' Felicity asked. ''We are going to find them'' Cisco said as he focussed on Sebastian. They started their tests.

''Excuse me, boy, can you tell me where I am?'' Oliver tapped a boy on his shoulder. He turned around and his mouth fell open as he noticed Oliver. ''Oliver?''

''Barry?'' Oliver frowned and didn't understand what just happened. ''Why do you look so young?'' Oliver asked and tried not to laugh. ''I don't know, to cover up, I guess'' Barry said, ''What are you doing here? And why do you still look so old?''

''Old? Seriously?''

''What is the last thing you remember?''

''I was on Earth-38, searching for you and Kara. On my way home I ran into the Monitor and the rest is gone'' Oliver sighed. ''Yeah, he sent you here too'' Barry sighed as he put his coffee down. ''We need to go'' he said then. He walked to the exit of the Lima Bean. ''Where are we going?'' Oliver asked as he followed Barry. ''And why are you wearing that ridiculous uniform?'' Oliver said and smirked. ''So this school my doppelgänger goes, everyone wears these. I needed to fit in, you know'' Barry explained as they walked throught Lima. ''Where are we going? It is Saturday and late in the afternoon'' Oliver asked. ''You'll see'' Barry smiled and kept walking. ''Can't you use your speed?'' Oliver asked. ''Yes, I do have my powers, but I can't let people notice I have them'' Barry explained. ''This is super weird'' Oliver sighed.

Barry knocked on the door. They waited a moment and then he knocked again. ''Sorry for waiting, can I help you?'' the girl who opened the door said. Then she noticed Barry and said: ''Oh, it's you.'' Barry sighed. ''Kara?'' Oliver said confused. ''Uhm, no, who's that?'' Marley asked confused. ''Uhm, we are looking for Rebecca, have you seen her?'' Barry asked. ''She's upstairs, why are you here, Sebastian?'' Marley asked suspicious. ''I need to talk to her.''

''And you brought your dad?''

''Uhm.. he's my uncle'' Barry said and thought it was very weird he said that. ''I am not allowed to let strangers in, sorry'' she said and was about to close the door. ''Wait, Marls, it's okay'' Kara ran down the stairs and held the door open. ''Oliver?'' she asked confused. ''We need to talk, like right now'' he said serious. ''You are talking like someone is going to throw a bomb on Lima'' Marley smirked. ''Let's go for a walk'' Kara said and took her coat. ''I'll be home around dinner, okay, we'll visit your mother tomorrow'' Kara said and Marley nodded.

''Kara?'' Oliver asked again as they walked on the street. ''Yeah, it's me'' she sighed. ''But, huh?'' Oliver didn't understand any of this. ''Let me explain this: everyone knows me here as Rebecca, because I couldn't reveal my own name. His name is Sebastian'' Kara said. ''Why do you look so young?'' Oliver asked. ''I don't know.''

''Why don't I look so young?''

''Maybe because you don't have a doppelgänger'' Barry guessed. ''That sounds correct!'' Kara said. ''Eplain me everything!'' Oliver demanded, so Kara started explaining. She told him about what the Monitor did to her and how this was a 'Black-Earth'. She told him about Glee Clu and how they won Regionals. And she told him about what the Monitor had told them about the seven people who needed to save the multiverse. Paragons. And he didn't know who else was a Paragon. ''So far we have us three and Marley, the girl who opened the door'' Kara said. ''She doesn't seem to like you'' Oliver said to Barry. ''My doppelgänger almost blinded one of the glee club members of her school'' Barry sighed.

''Kara Danvers.''

The three turned around and saw the Monitor. ''How many more visits are coming?'' Kara asked annoyed. ''I have more information, isn't that what you want. It's not like you belong here.''

''That is your fault, where is my doppelgänger??'' Barry asked angry. ''He's on earth-1 now, I guess'' the Monitor said. ''What information?'' Oliver asked.

''Kara, you are the Paragon of Hope. Barry, you are the Paragon of Love and Oliver, you are the Paragon of Courage. Marley Rose is the Paragon of Truth. I will find the other 3 and bring them here, we need to save the Multiverse!'' The Monitor said. ''What can we do to save everyone? Can't we just do that at home?'' Kara asked. ''You need to figure that out by yourself. Keep her close, Kara, before she'll start to lie'' the Monitor said and disappeared. ''Is he Always this vague?'' Oliver sighed. They needed to find out the whole story.
