This was it...the final boss fight! All the other fights were baby levels compared to the one I was about to face and to be honest? Like any other video game, you ultimately feel ready in a way...after all, everything else in the game was designed to prepare you for the final fight, right?

As I walked through the village, my champion's outfit seeming to have more of a shimmer to it as the people of the town stood outside their houses and looked at me while yelling cheers, praises, and words of luck. It wasn't long before I had finally reached the entrance to the village where...an army stood. From goblins to wolves, to even the Paladins from Tralia!

Everyone was here and ready to fight alongside me without hesitation!

'Too bad the Daemoniums couldn't come.' I thought with a sigh.

If only this world weren't so prejudicial to them then they would've been able to fight along with everyone else! I was honestly hoping to see their skills for myself.

"I assume you are ready girl?" Ares said as he walked up to me, everything from his horsey hide to his chest covered in armor of the finest quality. Thank God for trade!

I nodded my head proudly as I gave him a small thumbs up.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I chuckled before I turned into a dog and looked back towards the town.

"We'll be back everyone!" I howled.

"Wish us luck!" I barked, the town letting out a cheer along with the army before we rushed off with my leading the army like a hero.

As I rushed across the open plains, the sound of barking wolves and the cheers of excited warriors behind me making butterflies erupt in my stomach, it wasn't long before I suddenly saw Torin and Koko rush up beside me.

"Do you understand the procedure of war, my Lady?" Koko panted, confusion suddenly going through my head before I looked at him.

"There's an order to war?" I said, dumbfounded. Torin scoffed.

"Of course, there is hound!" Torin shouted.

"In war, the army must fight the other army while the leaders? They fight each other, no one is allowed to intervene between them." Koko explained.

No one is allowed to intervene between the leaders fighting? That sounded dangerous...I mean- I was pretty confident in my abilities but I wasn't that confident! I didn't know anything about this person, how strong they were or what they were coming at me with! But...I suppose the fact that I was fighting against them one on one was somewhat comforting in a way? At least that meant I didn't have to worry about anyone else stabbing me in the back with a dagger or anything.

"This battle will be pretty easy then." I barked, Koko, letting out a small chuckle before he went back to focusing on running.

After a good hour of running passed, my breath heaving and my throat dry, the army and I had finally made it to the hill that would lead into the Land of the Giants and...I could see why the place was given the name. The Land of the Giants was a huge but barren field, no grass, no trees for miles around and definitely nothing living.

It was perfect for a battle to take place and just my luck that my own battle was taking place today.

"Everyone!" I barked, causing people to halt to a stop.

"I-I wanted to say a few things before we go down there," I said.

"You know...I hear all these awesome heroes give amazing speeches and all that and I guess I wanted to try it out in a way!" I laughed before I sat down, giving the field below one more look before I let out a nervous breath and turned to face the army before me once more.
