A story revolving around a woman obsessed with tickling. She does her best to tickle anyone she can, as long as she wants to. She will tickle any stranger if she thinks she can get away with it. She also loves being tickled, teasing people to tickle her whenever she wants. She always carries tickle tools with her. The story is set in modern day, following the woman as she goes about her day.
