Ame has had a crush on philip for  a while now but he wants to tell him but he doesnt want to start a fight between spain and japan because they also had feelings for philip 

Almost all of the country's where at  a bar just injoining them self's  untill they where allowed to sing on the sing machine everybody that wanted to sing and they sang but philip wanted to sing one of his songs 

(sorry but everybody there is almost drunk or didnt drink at all

after the song because im lazy)

philip came down from the stage and ame walked up to him. "hey you are really good at singing" ame said " oh it's nothing my father use to sing it to me when i was little" philip said. " oh y-ya your f-father" ame said " hey are you ok joe" philip said " huh ya i-im ok phili" ame said while sounding a bit scarded but phili coundn't find out why.  " that was good little comrade " said russia " thanks russia oh and i have a qustion" ask philip " what is it" asked russia " for some reason joe always stutdders when i talk about my father " said philip  "oh well-" russia was cut off. " hey phil" . philip looked around to see it was spain, "oh hi spain" philip replied " i saw you sing when you where up there you where great i've never heard you sing before" said spain.

" oh thanks spain" replied philip : where did you learn to sing" asked spain " my father oh and the reminds me do you know why joe dosn't like to talk about my father" asked philip  " w-well to tell you the truth me , Japan, and American are afride of you father"replied spain " but why" asked philip "welllllll before you were born the three of us and you father were enemy's" replied spain " oh " philip said " and were afraid of your brothers" spain said " why " asked philip. " because they scare us like a lot, like Martial Law, Del Pilar" replied spain
