Hodge this poor guy just got done with four and a half years is 50 year of school trust me there's probably not another person on the planet does want to go sit through another class this guy's been doing it for years 4 and 1/2 years 5 years straight at least that's how I was I was like boy I got my brain is going to explode I got to go do something you know that's why I was kind of someone fun for it you guys I get it if you're not school's not for you not for you but I do like burning things I like learning about what's new what's different if you don't have that dry passion just wants to know the couch all day and look at your phone and go to a job that you don't care about that's your prerogative I hope you guys get some sort of ambition in life to do something to eat nobody gets out alive watch farming anime ban go watch. There's a lot of days roast in my pick up next to my dryer right in the Clippers but that's what I do once I get my Master's done on move up the pay scale I make more money for my family I'll have my masters is the Masters do Masters like the next step in your education so I got a Bachelor's degree in mr. hotspot the bachelor's degree in history of bachelor's degree in history from Coco he's going to get his you and I and then the next level didn't let the next degree would be your Master's so I wouldn't get in the Masters in Education some go on get a masters and you can ask me some history or social studies proper pretty much get a master's degree whatever but it for a lot of reasons it opens more doors more opportunities so like if I get my Master's Degree I go teach at a college level community college or university yeah but I could I would be able to teach it Hawkeye or Kirkwood but about the community colleges that they don't pay as well as high schools at 1 like Adjunct professor for Peosta Iowa Hawkeye Community College I think the average about three grand for a class so you know if you get up the pay scale with teaching High School like right now I'm making are close to 50 so I would need I mean you could get to it but it be nice implementing so like the main income Source like virus remain as a teacher and then I can supplement my income add to it with like doing a Hawkeye class and night sweats TJ Maxx I don't want to but at this point my life I need a boat so which I'm happy to have because it's like if I want to go to your principal and I had to quit playing I just couldn't do it there's no way I could deal with this for 6 Weezer sometimes it's 6 Bellator got Sports you got I mean you guys know how many hours does a fox say I thought he told the superintendent and the Elementary football football if you want to go to sports so it's a him in his mind you're probably isn't work but I counted as work cuz he's on the job cuz if there's any problems that come up you got to tend to it was going to have an administrator here but y'all think of like basketball sometimes you don't want if we're home I mean he's here yeah we always have to have an administrator either mr. fox or mr. doctor mr. Sorry there's a lot of high school who does your Fox shows up his kids are playing nobody still working you still there you drive a school bus in Warren Drive School Bus and night they deal with all the I mean like mr. fox makes almost three times what I make aAyear but he works like it. There's no way I can do his schedule on Friday this white out but going to be a principal I mean not a fun job, no I don't like you on a kid that's the thing you guys think teacher like you ought to know if your fingers no fun is better than lamp but would you but if you guys continue on and get your Master's or you get your bike even a peach to eat open up doors yeah it costs money and takes work it opens up opportunities for you to go do things you want you no like my buddy got an engineering degree from Iowa State for agriculture Masters in Business Administration and with his MBA that he went and got hired on at his wife's at his father-in-law's construction company and completely change his career and where he was doing he was dealing with waste management and dealing with like Daily Grind of torn in two at 8 a.m. I know you completely changed his career and now he's been out construction jobs remodeling like back it up I mean if that's the best part about education you can do whatever you want to do you have enough of it but if you don't get any of it it's going to kind of talk especially this day and age is a lot of people with college degrees Marcus gets plumbers Derby welders and nobody know pack might not look at me and be like I want to grow up and be a plumber but what I didn't realize was there's the the union Shop in Cedar Rapids that they will actually send you to school for two years and they will pay for your education and pay you on top of it yeah the lights be a plumber and the crazy part was is like if you don't want to ever have to deal with anything gross ever seen and heard never seen urine never seen any loogies or anything like that like brand new construction plumbers make think it's work it's it's physically demanding Plumbing is like running pipes from your well for your house also like you'd also get HVAC where you're doing like heating air conditioning but you can do it at Industrials betaflight cornrow that runs like corn slurry or runs that corn sweetener whole Factory is nothing but pipes mr. riniker was a pipefitter that's what they called if you're at the industrial scale he's a pipefitter for ATM use make my 22 bucks an hour right by right off the bat USF with them you would be making I would double what he's teaching yeah man if you're going to have to get a college education because everything that's physically or they can just replace it with a robot robot robot doesn't need somebody to fix a robot you need somebody to build a robot I need somebody program robot by Joe Johnson and came in I heard he was making like $40 an hour or something ridiculous or maybe I just feel like 80 bucks an hour welding armoire but he specialized welding but it's a physical job nobody really loud people grow up wanting to be a plumber not very magical but it's a good job I could go back to the doctor to get me wrong doctor is a plumber with what you think about it all they're doing is hooking up pipes the only problem is if the furnace doesn't work you know you're not you go cold this furnace doesn't work your education or any type of a year go get something and get out of your head space in your high school career and go out and discover new people because if you don't you never will Adele my little lecture self as long you guys are working in the rain in the time on your project.
