              Epilogue:

It's not true. Nothing they are saying is true! I'm just going to run away. No one cares for me. I am leaving forever!

                              CHAPTER 1: FUTURE, PRESENT, PAST

The year is 3014. Technology has died down by 70%. Cell Phones and laptops and social media is no longer popular. Some people still have all that but nobody really ever uses them. It happened during 2016-2018. There was this huge blow up with power lines. It started in China and went all around the world. What happened was Every power line in the world blew up, literally! Every one was helping to get the power to work. Because everything that needed/ required power of some sort stopped working. Every network got overloaded and just gave up. People were stuck in Elevators and many places for weeks. Many people died.

Now everything is pretty good. Subtle, peaceful. Not as many murders, suicidal things. There's barley any bad news. So the time is pretty much back to the 20th Century. Everything now is okay.

I was born in 3000. My parents not really a big deal to say anything about them. I rarely ever talk about them cause they are dead. My younger brother was born in 3002. My brothers name is Braxlin. And by the way I'm Nevaeh.

I live in a small port town in England. it's called Liverpool. It's changed so much from the 60's and so on. It's actually not really a port town anymore it's just a regular town. But The Beatles are still very popular here in England. Not much goes on around here.

CHAPTER 2: THINGS START TO UNFOLD

Running is my passion I run alot. I live with my Aunt Jessica and Uncle Keith. The schools here have collapsed cause of structural damage or something. So no kid living in Liverpool can go to school until they are all rebuilt. They have been working on the schools for years on end. My Aunt and Uncle are homeschooling Braxlin and I. And remember. Running is part of this story.

                                    CHAPTER 3: SEEING NEW FACES

I usually love to take walks around Liverpool. Since I do so everyday I know prertty much everyone here. I never see new people unless some one moves in. But yesterday i saw someone that i ahve never seen before in my life. There hasnt been houses for sale in months here. A teenage boy he looked about my age, tall with beautiful green eyes and golden peach colored skin with shiny black hair. He looked beautiful but i had no idea his name or who he was. I need to find out.

I walked up to him and said, "Hi. I'm Neveah. What's your name?". The boy looked at me with a shy face and said, "I'm Leo. " he has a sweet voice, one that you can listen to for hours. I was curious about him, who he was, and where he came from, "So. Leo, where are you from?" I asked sounding really curious. "I-I- I can't say. Uh, I have to go now. Nice meeting you, Neveah." I was upset. I wanted to keep talking to him. I didn't know what to say, "yeah. You too. See you." And he walked away. I didn't know what to think about how he just left so quickly like that. It was peculiar.

I started to walk back home with my thoughts following behind. Why did he leave so fast? He seemed like he was in a hurry. He also seemed scared, but why? So many questions and thoughts. And no answers. When I walked through the front door of our little flat, my Aunt and Uncle were dancing. I started to giggle, because neither one of them could dance. I joined in and my Aunt Jessica took my hands and stopped dancing. She stared into my eyes and said, "What's on your mind?" She always knows when something is bothering, sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad.

I didn't know what to say. There was so much to say. I looked at her and said "everything." She nodded and went to the kitchen and made me a cup of tea. I followed, figuring she was going to say more. But, she didn't. She finished making the tea and she sat me down on the sofa in the family room.

"Tell me what's on your mind, sweetie." I looked at her and gathered up the courage to say, "this boy, Leo. I just met him today and he seemed afraid when I was talking to him. He left very suddenly when I asked him where he's from. It's bothering me why he left to fast." I started to mumble towards the end. Aunt Jessica looked at me with her beautiful blue eyes, she took my hand and placed them in hers. She looked me in the eye and said, "Stay away from people like him. They are danger." I looked at her confused. "Why?" She took a deep breath and said in a stern voice, "you need no further explanation." She got up and kissed my forehead, and went upstairs.

I sat there drinking my tea, which was warm and good. I was in awe. I didn't know why Aunt Jess would say something like that. I have never known her to be stern. Something was wrong. I just don't know what yet.
