Chasing Love

Chapter 1

Ayesha's POV

(Newyork City)

Mula sa kinatatayuan ko sa veranda ng isa sa magagarang hospital dito sa newyork tanaw ang magaganda at nagkikislapang mga stablishimento. Malamig na ang simoy ng hangin dahil ber months na.

"You need to hide Celestine" puno ng autoridad ang boses ni dad. Desido siyang itago ako mula sa mga taong gusto akong kunin para pabagsakin ang pamilya ko.

Agad na tinutulan ito ni mommy "No! I can't stand seeing my daughter away from me Alexander." she's really furious of the idea that I will be gone to hide. "Can she stay with us here" my mom love me so much ofcourse im their only daughter.

Humarap ako sa kanila para magsalita "Mom don't worry about me, I can take care of myself" lumapit pa ako sa kanya na nakaupo sa sofa sa harap ng kama ko. lumuhod ako at hinawakan ko ang dalawa niyang kamay na nasa tuhod. "Mom look at me I'm a big girl now as much as possible I dont want to hide either." niyakap ko na siya dahil umiiyak na siya "but that is the only way mom, I know you understand that right?"

"I know Celestine but baby i don't want to be far away from you" she said while still crying very hard.

Natawa ako ng bahagya para gumaan ang pakiramdam niya "Mom I will be okay really, trust me on this please" Im already 20 but she think I am still a child that need to be guarded.

Bumuntong hininga siya tanda na pumapayag na siya. Kasi naman wala na rin siyang magagawa nagdesisyon na kami ni dad para ito sa ikakabuti ko at ikakabuti namin.

Hanggat hindi pa nalalaman nila dad at nila tito Nathan kung sino ang nagtatangka sa pamilya namin ay hindi kami matatahimik.

"Okay fine but promise me one thing, you will contact us on what is happening to you princess." she said and then hug me so tight.

Bata pa lang ako noon ng may kumidnap sa akin at sinubukang gamitin ako para pabagsakin ang kumpanya namin. Alam nilang hindi nila mapapabagsak ang Montegracia Real State Corporation na minana pa ni dad mula sa aking lolo kaya ginagamit nila ako para gipitin si daddy. I am their only child so they did what the kidnappers want. But ofcourse tito Nathan my mother's older brother did everything to save me without sacrificing anything. Tito is one of the best lawyer in town He and dad use their connection to find me. They succeed that's why I'm here. My kidnappers died in the raid but until now they don't know who is the mastermind of it.

And lately I received some threats that they will get me and kill me. My family got scared of that so they thought that I will be safe here kaya kami nandito. Pero kahit saan kami magpunta nasusundan nila kami, last week I nearly died because someone hit me using a car in a street here in newyork but thank god my cousin Nathaniel Tito Nathan son pull me sideways, only some bruise I got beacuse of the impact from falling in the ground. And that is the reason why I am here in a hospital and they want me to hide just to get away from here. Ayokong umalis pero mas ayokong dahil sa akin ay mapahamak pa sila lalo.

"I will mom, I promise." I said and then hug her so tight. "But I have one request dad" sabay tingin kay daddy na hanggang ngayon ay pinagmamasdan pa rin kami.

Kunot noong sumagot siya sa akin. "What it is?"

Tumayo na ako para makaharap siya "I want to hide in the philippines." kalmado ako nung sinabi ko iyon, because surely thats what I want. "In a province to be exact, where grandma's hometown is, In Isabela dad." ito ang napagisipan ko habang nasa hospital ako ng 1 linggo.

Gusto kong tumira sa isang lugar na walang nakakakilala sa akin, sa isang lugar na mabubuhay ako bilang isang normal na tao hindi si Celestine na anak ng isa sa mga pinakamayamang tao sa buong mundo. I want to live normal, meet normal friends, work in a simple place not in our own company, and to experience the simple life that I haven't experienced.

"Princess it's dangerous there, that's why we brought you here."  napatayo na si mommy mula sa kanyang pagkakaupo at galit na sinabi kung bakit kami nandito sa ibang bansa.

Napahilot na lang ako sa sintido ko. can't she see, alam kong nagaalala lang siya sa akin pero malaki na ako kaya ko na ang sarili ko. "Mom look kahit saan ako magpunta, tayo,  nalalaman pa rin nila. That's why I want to go to a place that I will be like nobody, to a place that anyone know kung sino ba talaga ako." mahinahon ngunit may diin ang bawal salitang binibigkas ko sa kanya.

"Okay Celestine. I will book you a ticket to go back to the philippines and fly to Isabela as soon as possible." final na sabi ni daddy. Dad always support me to my decision unlike mommy that is so hard to please to decide what I want, she thought that I will always make a bad decision but still love her no matter what she is my mother after all.

"Thanks dad."  mahinahong sabi ko at niyakap ko siya.

"Alexander no!" sigaw ni mommy kay daddy.

"Claudette! can't you see this what your daughter wants just support her." galit na rin si dad ng sinabi niya iyon kay mommy. Ayaw ko silang magaway because clearly mommy doesn't want me to go back in the philippines.

Pero wala na rin siyang nagawa dahil nakapag-desisyon na kami ni daddy, Tito Nathan also approved my desisyon, first he doesn't want to but in the end he gave me his approval to my decision because clearly this is the best desicion to save my life. Right after I got discharged from the hospital I flew to the philippines and go directly to isabela.
