"Hey Liam that was a great song last night!" Mina said as we walked into the classroom and sat down at our seats "Thanks glad you liked it" I responded with a small smile. As we were talking with each other Aizawa walks in looking like a mummy.

"Mr. Aizawa I'm glad that you're okay!" Iida exclaimed from his seat. "Can you really call that okay?" someone asked skeptically. "My well being doesn't matter now sit down and shut up!" Aizawa said annoyed. ' what a pro ' I thought looking at him as he said "You all did well during the villain attack but the trouble hasn't ended yet." "What?! Are there more villains?" a few students started asking each other. "The U.A. Sports Festival is beginning" Aizawa said and the class started to hype themselves up excitedly when Kaminari asked "Wait isn't it a bit too soon to start the festival right after a villain attack?". A few murmurs of agreement were heard. "We're holding the festival so that we don't seem weak in comparison to other hero schools. Anyways y'all have a week to prepare." Aizawa said walking out of the room. "Huh well then I guess we better get started." I muttered walking out behind him.
*Time skip 1 week*
"Hey everyone ready for the festival?" I asked yawning "Yeah we're ready you damn sand bastard!" Bakugo said smirking. "You're not yelling? Where's the real Bakugo?" I asked "SHUT THE HELL UP YOU ASSHOLE!" Bakugo yelled angrily. "There he is!" I said giving him a amused smirk. "Whatever you extra lets just go!" Bakugo said as he opened the door to see a large group of people crowded outside. "HEY GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY YOU EXTRAS!"Bakugo yells angrily "STOP CALLING PEOPLE EXTRAS IF YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW THEM!" Iida yelled at Bakugo. Suddenly a boy with purple hair walks up to the front "Jeez are all Class 1A students arrogant pricks?" He asked trying to spark anger among the class. "No just Bakugo thankfully. So why are y'all crowding our door we kinda need to go get lunch before the games start." I said stepping forward. "They're scouting out the competition dumb ass we're the class that survived the villain attack so all eyes are probably going to be on us these extras will be trying to find ways to counter our quirks." Bakugo said glaring at the other students in the hallway. "You know if the kids in general studies do well enough we can be transferred into the hero course so that means you should give it your all otherwise I'll be taking your spot in this class. Oh and the name is Shinso Hitoshi" The student now known as Shinso stated and a student from class 1B popped his head above the crowd and started yelling at Bakugo "YOU THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN US I CAN'T WAIT TO BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA YOU DURING THE FESTIVAL!" Bakugo scoffed and walked out of the classroom leaving the other students angry at us for no reason. "Well that was interesting" I muttered as we finally got out of the classroom and started to the cafeteria. As we were eating Present Mic walked up and asked "Yo, Liam can you come with me real quick the principal wants to talk with ya dude." "Uh okay I guess I can." I said as I got up and followed him after telling my friends that I would return later. As we arrived to Nezu's office I opened the door only for my arm to turn into sand and prepare a wall in front of me as a knife flew towards my head. "Ah your reflexes are very fast Kurogiya!" Nezu exclaimed with a smile ' this rat just threw a knife at me ' I thought as I walked in and took a seat "So is there a reason for you calling me here?" I asked with a bit of annoyance in my voice. "Oh yes I was wondering if you would be willing to sing some songs during the festival during the waiting times between matches I mean." Nezu responded happily "Sure I guess it wouldn't hurt to do it... Also don't you ever throw a knife at me again unless you know it will kill me!" I spoke unleashing a bit of Shukaku's demonic energy. "Y-yes sure thing have a good day." Nezu said with sweat dripping down his body. I walked to the changing rooms and got into the U.A sports uniform that was given to me by Aizawa. "Aww man I really wanted to wear my hero costume!" Mina pouted. "The teachers said we couldn't wear them because they would give us unfair advantages." Ojiro stated while scratching his chin. "Kurogiya, Midoriya!" Todoroki said getting our attention "From a standard point of view I'm stronger than both of you but I'll only beat you with half of my strength." He said with a cold look in his eyes. "If you really want to beat me Todoroki you better fight at full strength" I said before thinking ' I have a few new tricks I can't wait to use on you ' "T-todoroki you're right you are stronger than me but I will give it my all to prove that I belong here everyone has been helping me get this far so I refuse to lose to you!" Midoriya said with a determined look in his eyes. As we were about to continue our conversation we heard Present Mic announce "The U.A Sports Festival begins! Here comes our very own kids that survived a vicious villain attack Class 1A! Followed by the other hero course Class 1B following the other classes C-H!"' great now it seems like the others are just here to make us look good great job Mic! ' I though sarcastically as we walked onto the field with the crowd cheering us on. "Now can we have the first year representative Katsuki Bakugo come up her and give us a few words?" Midnight called from atop a podium. As Bakugo walked up to her she handed him the mic and he said "I just wanna let y'all know.... I'm gonna win!" The other classes started glaring at us angrily as Bakugo walked back down to join us. "Now Liam Kurogiya could you come up and sing a song to start us off?" Midnight asked and I walked up and took the mic from her before saying "To start things off I'm going to be singing Heroes Tonight By Janji I hope y'all like it."

After I had finished singing the crowd and a few of the other classes cheered or clapped their hands as I handed the mic back to Midnight "Thank you for singing Liam now on to the first event! An obstacle course!" Midnight exclaimed as we made our ways to the entrance of the event and got into running stances. "Get ready. Set. Go!" yelled Present mic from the announcers booth with Eraser Head. As I heard him say go I ran forward to get ahead of Todoroki who had just unleashed his ice onto the floor. I jumped over the ice wave and continued to run over it towards the second obstacle "Target Acquired: Lots!" the zero point robot from the exam stated as other robots appeared to take the students on. As I approached the zero pointer bot I called out "Exploding Sand Boulder!" and sand started to float off of the ground and clump together condensing into rocks "Launch!" I yelled as I threw the boulders towards multiple different robots the boulders exploding on contact clearing a way for me and other students to get across. "Well there goes Liam using a brand new move the only question I have about it though is how did he manage to make them explode?" Present Mic commented as he and Aizawa watched from the commentator's booth. "Anyways it seems that Todoroki and Bakugo have already made it to the third obstacle the pitfall" As I ran up to the pitfall I walked to the edge and looked down and said "Yeah no SAND PILLAR LAUNCH!" sand started to gather around my legs and then I was thrown through the air passing the pitfall with ease as well as landing myself halfway to the final obstacle ahead of both Bakugo and Todoroki. After I had landed I started running forward using my chakra to enhance my speed across the mine field when I heard Midoriya yell "EXPLOSIVE SPEED TURBO!" and saw him slam a large piece of metal on to a group of mines that he had gathered launching him ahead of me, Bakugo, and Todoroki. The later of the three ran forward passing me up only to get caught in a large explosion courtesy of Midoriya slamming the metal plate on to the ground again. As we made it to the end I saw that Midoriya had gotten first place while I had gotten fourth I gave him a smile and said "Congrats Midoriya."
Sorry it took me so long to update school (my hell) has been pretty hectic for me Anyways I'll see y'all in the next chapter U.A SPORTS FESTIVAL PART 2: CALVARY BATTLE!
