Here I am, sitting by the window feeling slightly down and undoubtedly bored. You'd think I would've grown accustomed to the UK time by now, but I haven't. Its early right now, and it would only be one in the afternoon if I was back home. As I looked out at the dark morning skies with a distant feeling in my soul, my stomach began making the noises of an angry chihuahua, so I decide to go downstairs to see what there was to eat.
Searching through the empty cabinets and empty refrigerator, I barely remembered my mom and I still needed to go out and buy actual food. We've been living off of take out for this first month of being here in London and I am certainly starting to see it in my (now) comfy-to-use-as-a-pillow tummy.
Andrew - or Joey has been helping out a lot with the case back in the US for the past few days. He showed us around the first week, but had to go back for something urgent that came up. He informed us he should be back the by the 23rd, and I honestly could not wait. Paranoia has been the cause for bags under my eyes lately...
I just can't seem to find myself to forget the look on Darren Wainwright's face when he told me he was going to find my mother and I. The sentence alone scared me, but the cynical look in his eyes as they carried him away is what's worrying me. Its as if he was promising he would see me again.

6:32am.
I just arrived at McDonald's after having my mom nag at me for the millionth time about not getting rest last night. There's not even a single person in sight besides the bored looking cashier. . . surprise, surprise! But I do know for a fact though, that normally I would not be buying fast food at 6 in the morning.
Strolling through the little obstacle of a line, I began searching the menu. Hmmm, what sounds good? I really want a sausage McMuffin, but then I kind of want pancakes too... UGH, but the burritos are also ama-
The debate that was going on in my head was interrupted as I felt someone bump -or more like shove- into my side. With just my luck, I fell straight on my ass letting out a groan of annoyance.
"Oh shit, I am so sorry!" Rushes a firm English accent. The guys hand immediately goes for mine to help me up but I pull away instinctively not wanting to waste another second on this blind walker.
"Thank you, but I can manage myself." Standing up, there is a literal pain in my ass and I purse my lips in a straight line, not making eye contact whatsoever. People really needs to watch where they're going! Damnit.
"Really, I am so sorry. Let me buy you something? Anything you want." I finally look up at the annoying guy to decline as kindly as possible, but all frustrations left my mind once I was met with the most beautiful pair of Earthy blue-green eyes I have ever seen. Who is this guy and why does he seem so familiar? My stomach tightened in nervousness and I quickly looked away after saying, "N-no, its fine, thank you again."
I limped my way up to the register to order a breakfast plate for my mom, but when I looked up to hand the pale-faced cashier my bill, a sweater covered arm was outstretched...already handing her the money. I turned to see who it was and my eyes locked again with a pair of oh so beautiful eyes.Louis.
Once my eyes locked with this beautiful American girls' for the first time, I felt immediately different. And to be bluntly honest, I've never felt this way towards Eleanor. Ever.
"Keep the change." I wink, flashing my award winning smile at the cashier whose name is apparently, 'Nevaeh'. and I swear she looks as if she's about to faint. She turns around and hastily runs to the back to begin the order. I leaned back against the counter and look over at this artwork of a woman, but her surprised and confused face only caused me to chuckle.
"What's your name, love?" I ask with a small smirk playing on my lips.
"I'm Tal- talking! Yep, haha. I'm talking." She blushes a deep scarlet and laughs awkwardly.
"Yes, you are indeed talking." I laugh softly with a smile.
"I-I'm Megan..Wolff." She extends her hand for a proper handshake and I return the proper gesture. Once her small hand met my MUCH larger one, I couldn't ignore the warmth and rush of excitement felt throughout my entire body if my whole Life depended on it. She quickly pulled it back and turns away, attempting to hide her blush."You look cute when you blush, you know, but I'm Louis Tomlinson." Smirking at her burning cheeks, I hear her order being called. I walk over and take the bag thankfully, heading back to my previous position.
"Let's make an exchange, yes? If you give me your number, I'll give you your food." Her expression quickly transformed from one of confusion, to one of amusement.
"No can do sir, but key word, MY food." She attempted to grab it from my hands, but I held it above my head, and her being about a foot shorter than me, couldn't reach it...even if she wanted. I hear her groan and can't help but full on laugh. Why do I feel so happy around her? I haven't felt this much happiness in one day for awhile.
After I regained composure, I let out a small, 'whewww, that was hilarious.' and then responded. "Hasn't anyone ever taught you manners? It isn't polite to grab. Now, c'mon. Why can't you miss?" She looks at me with an unpinned emotion swimming around in her eyes. Giving her a somewhat desperate, expectant look, she looked at the ground as if she was contemplating something.
"I apologize, but I really need to get that" she points at the bag in my hand, "back to my mother. She's probably starved by now, so please, let us both be on our separate ways."
With a sinking sadness felt in my heart, I hand her the bag and she takes it politely. Next thing I knew, I was staring at the spot a beautiful girl once was, stuck in a daze.
"Hi, Louis! I'm such a big fan!! May we please take a picture after I take your order!?" Naveah asks, her eyes wide in excitement. I nod and give a big smile accompanied by a chuckle.

9:57am.
I am now back at my flat and I completely forgot to buy myself that coffee I went for. Damn Megan. I walked into the kitchen and filled the kettle with water.
"Morning babe." I snap around and see El standing there. She yawned and slowly walks to stand in front of me, eyeing me cautiously. I give her a kiss on the forehead, and hold her close. Sadly, the only lovingness I feel towards her right now, is as if we're good friends.
"Good morning El, sleep well?"
