I sit cross-legged on the sandy shore, watching the line where heaven touched earth. As if the time had stop, the sun that is supposed to set stays in the horizon, casting its orange rays of light everywhere. The waves of the sea crept towards me before running away, only to repeat the process in a cycle.
The peaceful that is embracing me, calms my heart and mind making me wish to stay and not to wake up.
"If only I can.. I would've live here.." I mumbled to myself.
"Ooooohhh.." A voice suddenly scoff behind me making me jump in surprise.
"You!" I turn my head and glared at that person. “You startled me!”
"Hehehe~ How cute." she smile sweetly at me and sits beside me as both of us look to the horizon. Soothing sounds of waves made us quiet. I can feel that both of us didn't want to ruin this moment.
Time passes, she sighs and look at me. "You wanna stay here?"
I didn't look at her and just nod.
"How about the people you love?" she continued asking.
I didn't bother answering her, as I know that she will not be satisfied with my answer.
Enraged, she stood up and eyeing me with anger. "Do you really not want to wake up?!"
I look at her with calm expression, but her gaze is like she was about to kill someone, making me nervous.
I didn't expect her to be this mad, but the next words she spouts, bothered me the most.
"Don't let the thing eat you up!"
