Part 1

Team 7 walked back into the gates of the village. 

"Alright my cute little Genins, I'm going to report to the Hokage while you three go home and get some rest. I'll see you in 2 days time for our team meeting, Ja'ne!" smiled Kakashi Hatake. 

"Hn," said Sasuke before leaving.

"Okay sensei!" smiled Sakura, following Sasuke like a lost puppy. Naruto looked at Kakashi with dull eyes. Kakashi blinked.

"What's wrong, Naruto?" asked Kakashi.

"Sensei, is it normal to feel like your dead?" asked Naruto. 

"No, not really unless you killed your whole life, why?" asked Kakashi.

"Sensei, can I tell you a secrete?" asked Naruto. Kakashi began to get worried, it wasn't like Naruto to be all emotionless. He knelt to Naruto's height.

"Sure you can. I promise not to tell the other two, if you want me to," said Kakashi.

"I'll tell you tonight. Meet me at the memorial stone, then I'll tell you. I just don't trust people in this village. Only you, Iruka-sensei, Jiji and a lost friend only ever gained my trust," said Naruto before leaving. Kakashi knelt there for a few minutes before disappearing to the Hokage estate. 

"Naruto acting emotionless, hey?" asked Hiruzen.

"Yes, it was scary. It was like looking at the past me and I didn't know what to do," said Kakashi.

"Kakashi, what Naruto's going to tell you tonight, you have to keep it a secrete. Like Naruto said only 4 of us gained his personal trust. True Teuchi and Ayame gained his trust but he doesn't trust them with the secrete he's going to tell you tonight. Whatever he tells you, do NOT panic," said Hiruzen. Kakashi nodded.

"Of course, am I dismissed?" asked Kakashi. Hiruzen nodded. Kakashi teleported to his house to unpack.

"What's wrong Naruto?" thought Kakashi.

[Somewhere close to the Land of fire]

A 12 year old girl sat on a tree while her teammates and sensei are resting. She stared at the orange sky, telling her that the sun is setting, and smiled.

"Don't worry, Naru-kun, we'll meet each other again," she smiled.

[Back to Kakashi. At night]

Kakashi arrived at the memorial stone and saw Naruto sitting in front of the stone in a plain black tank top, black shorts and no shoes. 

"Sensei, come and sit down," he said. Kakashi said next to Naruto and looked at the memorial stone.

"Sensei? Was my father a great sensei?" asked Naruto. Kakashi's eye widened.

"H-How did you-" Kakashi tried to ask.

"Know? Well I met him and my mother when I let the Kyuubi out. I never thought my father was the Yondiame and my mother was the Red flame. It just never made sense until I saw them together and saw me in them," said Naruto. Kakashi was speechless.

"The reason why I asked you that question was because I feel like I'm dead," said Naruto.

"Why do you?" asked Kakashi, looking at Naruto in the corner of his eye. 

"I've killed some of the villagers when they came and tried to kill me. When I was younger, around 4, my best friend was killed because of me. She died and I kill the villagers that kill her. It wasn't just her death that traumatised me," said Naruto.

"What happened?" Kakashi asked.

"She was...... raped. They pinned me to the wall and made me watch them fuck her. I was so angry, so pissed off that I wanted to kill them. I felt a deep dark energy burst through my body and I ripped the chains off. I ripped them off and went straight to the villagers and killed them, after they killed her. After they died and sat on my knees, picked her up and cried before blacking out," Naruto said with a shaky breath as he refused to let any tears fall. Kakashi felt disgusted with the villagers.

"Why would they do that to two 4 year olds?! Is this what really happened? Is this the real Naruto, who is all emotionless?" thought Kakashi. He picked Naruto up and placed him on his lap.

"When I blacked out, I met the Kyuubi. He told me the truth about the Kyuubi attack. He was controlled, taken over. When he woke up, he was sealed within me. I released him and met mum and dad. They were angry at the villagers and gave me something to make the Namikaze and Uzumaki clan name proud. They gave me their Kekkei Genkai," said Naruto. Kakashi smiled under his mask.

"That does sound like you, sensei, Kushina-nee-chan," thought Kakashi.

"When I woke up, I was in the hospital and saw Jiji next to me. I asked him about my friend and was told when he got to where I was, she was gone," said Naruto. Kakashi raised a brow.

"Gone? But dead bodies don't just disappeared," thought Kakashi.

"Sensei," said Naruto.

"Yes," said Kakashi.

"Promise me that you won't tell anyone?" asked Naruto. Kakashi smiled and hugged Naruto.

"Of course," smiled Kakashi.

"Thanks sensei," he whispered before falling asleep. Kakashi smiled and teleported to his house with Naruto and placed Naruto in his bed, before crashing out in the living room, on the sofa.

[Somewhere close to the Land of fire]

"Goodnight, Naru," said the girl.
