Jennie: I was just kidding. Come on Mino. Of course I will not tell on you to random strangers.
Mino: Shut it Kim. *he hissed while driving*
Jennie: Okay. I'm sorry, let me treat you dinner instead.
Mino: *his face lights up* Really? Well, I recently discovered this restaurant where the owner is the lady cook from Lee's.
Jennie: Halmonie?
Mino: Yes. The old lady Bae. Her grand daughter is now prettier than you Kim.
Jennie: Irene. I remember her. She likes Lili a lot too but she was not allowed to play with us. She never fail to assist Lili every time she's having martial arts class.
Mino: Well, let's go there and you'll see her again.
I smiled and nodded at him. I can understand now why dad wanted me to marry Mino, he might be a total jerk to others but never to me. I may not agree with his method of rebellion to his father but he has been a nice person since we were young.
We arrived at the restaurant shortly. The restaurant is not fancy but it definitely has a lot patrons. We walked to the reception and saw someone familiar.
Mino: Hey babe.
Irene: *rolls her eyes* That's Miss Bae for you Mr Song. How can —- *looks at Jennie* Oh my god!
Jennie: Hi Irene. How have you been?
Irene: Agassi.
Jennie: Please Irene. Call me Jennie.
Irene: Of course. It's been a long time since we saw each other. Halmonie will be glad to see you.
Jennie: Where is she anyway? I just learned about your place from this rebellious dummy. *Mino shots a glare at me*
Irene: Oh. She's taking care of her favourite customer. *blush*
Jennie: I have a feeling that this person your favourite customer as well.
Irene: Ani. I already have a girlfriend. I'm loyal to Seulgi bear.
Jennie: Oh. I remember her. The one who usually bullies you when we were young.
Irene: Yes. It turns out she had crush on me. She never left my side after the incident at the mansion.
Jennie: I am so happy for you. *I hugged her and she hugged me tight*
Someone fakes cough. So I turned around.
Mino: Halmonie. *hugs her*
Lady Bae: Oh. This kid. You've grown up. *looks at Jennie*
Jennie: Halmonie. *hugs her and teary*
Lady Bae: Jennie my dear. You're now a lady. Good thing you've visited us.
Jennie: Halmonie * still hugging her*
Lady Bae: I've missed you too kid. Let me prepare your favourite.
Jennie: Can I have Lili's favourite instead? *showed her my gummy smile*
Lady Bae: Of course. I guess everyone's having beef stew tonight. Let's go to the vip room. I'll introduce you to my favourite customer.
We climbed to the second floor. The restaurant is pretty decent but a little crowded. When we got to the second floor, it was a lot quieter and a little more fancy. There's 2 vip rooms and both seems to be occupied. Halmonie knocks and opens one of the rooms.
