Chapter 4

Mirio POV~

I've been coming to the hospital for the past couple weeks to see Tamaki, make sure he's okay, y'know? Anyways he's been fine on the outside, which is pretty good. That makes one of us. After he went to the hospital life's been so boring..kind of sad without him y'know? It's kind of like the Earth revolving around the Sun. 

As soon as the bell rang for my last class,  I dashed out the door, destination set for the hospital. I've looked a mess these past two weeks, I've been tired, and physically drained. As I sprinted to the hospital, it started to drizzle, and as I picked up the pace, it started raining harder. 

I run for what seems like hours as I see the tall, white, building in front of me. I slow down as I reach the doors, and immediately sense somethings off.

"Maybe it's because of the rain?" I think as the nurse leads me to his room.

But as soon as the door opens, I see the window open, wind and rain thundering into the room, as I see a hooded figure take Tamaki out through the window. 

Tamaki POV~

As soon as I hear the door open,  I jolt up, eager to see Mirio. But as soon as I see him, my whole body shakes with pure fear, and I feel the hairs on my neck rise. "Not him" my mind screams. I attempt to stand up and make a run for it, but as soon as I rise, my feeble body betrays me, and I lay back down upon my cot. 

"Hello, Tamaki Amajiki" the sharps voice says, sending shivers down my spine.

"Long time no see" they say, advancing to where I lay.

I reach for the help button, but is easily cut off by a cold hand grabbing my arm.

"Aw, are you trying to call for help, hero? Do you not want to play with me? That hurts my feelings" they say, terrifying me to my core as I whimper in response. 

"Well, enough chit chat, it's time to get a move on" they say as they bridal style pick me up and carry me to the window.

As they open it to escape, I hear the door creak open. I weakly turn my head to see who it is, as a pair of blue eyes meet mine. Just for a moment, just for a moment, I felt safe. But that moment betrayed me as the hooded figure carried me out, running through the rooftops. Just before I black out, I see Mirio try to pursue this hooded figure. Before he could continue, with the little energy I had left, I looked to him, with a little smile, and whispered, "Don't. I'm not worth you getting hurt.". But despite my wishes he was still coming, and then I passed out. 

Mirio POV~

I run in attempt to rescue the ravenette, but before I could get far, he looked at me with the saddest eyes, with a sad little smile that said it all. I could barely hear him when he said it, but my heart shattered nonetheless. "Don't. I'm not worth you getting hurt.". Then his eyes closed and you could see his body relax. It hurt like hell, sure, but he was still my best friend, and whatever he said was not going to stop him from trying to save him. I went after him when..

Haha, if anyone actual reads this, then you just got cliffhangered broski. Sorry this is so short, but then next should be pretty long so yeah. Lol anyways have a wonderful kiddos!😘
