Warm. That was the only thing that can describe Forest Gamma. The giant sequoia trees rise high from the ground. So high that you can probably get a view of the entire kingdom from up above.
Despite the abundant amount of trees, it was still warm. Unbearably so. Prince Shouto Todoroki kept walking, fatigue visible on his face. He kept walking as the leaves and twigs crunched pleasantly around his feet.
"Your Majesty! You look very tired! You should rest! The Journey is a long way after all." Said Sir Tenya Iida from behind him. He wore a very shiny armor that may seem heavy and bulky. On his back was a broadsword. On his chest was a crest. Sword that crosses with a fire. The crest of the Todoroki Lineage.
Shouto Todoroki just stared at him and shook his head. "Please your Majesty! I know that this is an important mission but rest is also very important!" Begged Lady Ochako Uraraka as she made no effort to hide her fatigue.
She looked exactly like a stereotypical wizard with a pointy yet bent hat and a red that was a tad too short. And a vest with an undershirt that compliments her busty stature.
Shouto sighed. "Okay Fine. But we must make haste. We need to find the weapon as soon as possible." The Prince compromised. Ochako, so relieved that she just collapsed on the grass. "Lady Ochako, it is not sanitary to lay on the ground!" Scolded Sir Tenya.
Prince Shouto found a log to sit on and sat there. He sighed as he watched Sir Tenya and Lady Ochako bicker amongst each other. "Lady Ochako, stand up straight! It is unbecoming of a sorceress to act so childish!"
Lady Ochako blew him a raspberry and said. "C'mon Tenya, loosed up a little. We're not in the castle anymore!" Ochako whined. "Even so, we must maintain utmost behavior no matter the location!"
Prince Shouto sighed once more. "Enough you two. Remember what we're here for. Don't get distracted." He scolded them both. The two quieted down. "I apologize Your Highness." Sir Tenya said, bowing in a perfect 90 degree.
Prince Shouto cleared his throat. "Now, let's continue on our journey." He ordered and kept walking forward. They walked in silence for a few moments before a sweet scent wafted in the air. "Hey, does anyone smell that?" Lady Ochako said.
They stopped in their tracks and sniffed the air. She was right(duh). "What...is that? It smells like...a type of perfume of sorts?" Sir Tenya said. Lady Ochako stiffened as she heard that. She reached towards her pocket and walked to Iida.
"Kind of like this, right?" She held a perfume bottle and sprayed it. Sir Tenya sniffed it as well as Prince Shouto. "Yes! Like That!" He said. Lady Ochako paled and a staff materialized before her. She grabbed it and adopted a fighting stance.
She took a breath. "Be on guard everyone. If it's what i think it is, then we may need to fight." She warned. Sir Tenya rested his hand on the broadsword while Prince Shouto drew his sword from a sheath.
Then they heard rustling from a nearby bush. Lady Ochako pointed her staff towards it. Sir Tenya and Prince Shouto faced toward that direction and pointed their weapons at it. They then heard a hissing sound.
Thorny Vines shot out from the bushes. Ochako pointed her staff towards it, a flash of light appeared before it blasted the vine, earning a hiss from the mysterious attacker. "We may need to use our Quirks for this one." Ochako suggested.
From the bushes emerged a flower of sorts. It was purple with a yellow center. It was scuttling on the ground with it's roots. It hissed before it let out a shrill cry. Sir Tenya, Lady Ochako and Primce Shouto covered their ears at how high the sound was.
Soon, the sounds of scuttling can be heard from all around them. More flower creatures of different colors and appearances appeared, surrounding them. "Lady Ochako, what are these?" Prince Shouto asked, tightening his hold on his sword.
"Bulaklak. They are monsters that take on the form of Flowers. Very Vicious and deadly. They're scents are more fragrant than normal flowers so that's why they are used for Perfume." Lady Ochako stated, staff glowing.
"What are their weaknesses?" Sir Tenya asked. "Fire. They are vulnerable to Fire. Water will strengthen them." She answered. "Then His Highness can use his fire to defeat these monstrosities!"
Primce Shouto let out a dark glare. With a hiss The Bulaklak's then shot towards them. Prince Shouto used his ice to freeze them. Sir Tenya hacked away at the Bulaklak with his broadsword while Lady Ochako blasted at the mutated shrubbery at a fixed interval.
The Bulaklak's kept coming at them wave after wave. And they don't show any signs of stopping. "Just how many of these vile creatures are there?!" Sir Tenya yelled as he sliced another set of the creatures.
"We're in a forest. There are bound to be thousands of those here." Lady Ochako answered as she blasted at them once more. Prince Shouto sliced and froze. But they still kept coming. "Your Majesty, if you could please use your fi—."
"No." Prince Shouto muttered darkly. He refused to use his flames despite being tired out by the Bulaklak's. Suddenly a whistling sound pierced the air. Everyone stopped fighting. Sir Tenya, Lady Ochako and Prince Shouto looked at where the sound came from.
The Bulaklak's also stopped. Suddenly a whistling sound was heard as arrows started flying towards them. The tips were lit up with flames as they sailed across the air and hit a couple of Bulaklak's setting them on fire.
The other Bulaklak's cried out in fear as they fled. The sight of fire sending them packing. They scuttled into various directions like a colony of busy ants. Pretty soon, the trio were alright. "Are any of you okay?" Prince Shouto inquired.
The two nodded. "Yes. We would be piles of bones if not for, whoever that was." Lady Ochako said as the staff dematerialized right next to her. "Are you folks alright?" A new voice asked. They all snapped their heads toward where, or rather who it came from.
It was a green haired young man with wily hair and freckles across his face and a lithe body. He had a bow which appeared very worn out and a quiver full of arrows.
"I saw those Bulaklak's heading somewhere and found it suspicious. Who would've thought that i'd be meeting some nobles." The Young man said. "We thank you for your ser—wait. How did you know we were nobles?" Sir Tenya asked.
The man chuckled. "Well, you're wearing armor with a crest on it. The crest of the Todoroki family. This lady is a wizard and only nobles can have magic. And you-." The man wagged a finger towards Prince Shouto. "-are wearing silk. Which is hard to come across around here."
Sir Tenya flushed at how obvious that was. "Now. I have many questions. But first, let's take you back to my home. I'm sure that you lot could use some rest."
