No one knew how i felt, hell i didnt even know how i felt. thats why i left. alyssia knew just how mean and nasty mama duchess could get.

And yet she stayed. Well im not waiting for her im done.

i relive the moment every night in my dreams. Tossing and turning until i dont understand why i went to sleep when i new this was going to happen.

"please", my sister begged me.

i gazed down at her, for she is only 5"1 to my 6"4 size but she will always be stronger than me.

"Please dont leave"she said sniffing to make the sobs that were forming in her chest at bay.

"I cant stay here any longer alyssia".

I flinched at how easy her name rolled off my tongue knowing that it would be its last.

"It would get better michael, i swear", alyssia said trying to progress a smile but failed horribly.

"You can come with me", i said in the most boldest voice i could manage at the time.Alyssia sunk her head and shook it slowly. "Damien is not going to take both of us in. One is just enough", she said with certainty. Then added "plus he's really young. What 21?" I nodded not really listening just swimming in the chocolate brown ocean', thats her eyes memorizing, i will never forget them.

Alyssia went on- "you two will get along just fine".

She gave me one of her dazzeling smiles that only she could do. Again i memorized.

Her smile made me feel alot better. It let me know that she is still capable of smiling. That she isnt destroyed by this situation. But you can tell in her eyes that she will miss me dearly. It was a terrible silence in the c.p.s. office. the only thing making any noise was the popping of gum the social worker had in her mouth. She flipped through last weeks news paper acting as if she wasnt meddling in our conversation.

The socical worker dramaticly, tapped her fingers at the watch on her wrist while saying "your time is almost up sorry for the tight scheduel", the woman said with no emotion evident in her voice. "Michael please dont go. You are my rock, my twin, my other half. And you're leaving my side. And i shall never be whole again."

I took a breath to come up with some words to comfort her but thats when Damien walked in.
