"Do you believe in ghosts? Well if you don't, know this Mcgreggor didn't believe in ghosts either but that doesn't mean his decaying corpse says otherwise" Kory spins off. "Here we go" I say.
"Who's Mcgreggor?" Kelly asks looking like she was about to puke. "Why'd you have to ask" I wined.
"Who's Mcgreggor? Really you don't know why he's the man who started it all, Brooksville wouldn't be the same without the Mcgreggor mansion you know" she grins. "Oh you mean that stupid house on Clemson lane nobody calls it the Mcgreggor mansion anymore everyone calls it the..." Kelly trails off.
"The Hanging clock mansion" I continued, "why do they call it that?" Dylan asked.  "Because anyone who goes into the mansion is hanged after one hour being inside" Kelly says biting her nails, she was traumatized.
"There was this old man named Kirk Mcgreggor who built himself a mansion about two decades ago, he married a young lady called May Orson and they both had one child a son, his name was Oliver, this boy wasn't normal, they said he slept upside down hanging from a beam in the roof and that was his way of life, he would sleep there and whenever he was hungry he would come down to eat, they say his mother used to feed him raw animals because he liked it, they were always concerned about him so they didn't send him to school they taught him up till he was 10. One day Mcgreggor came in and saw that he had cut up his mother and organs were all over the living room. Mcgreggor took his car and drove to the psychiatric hospital late asking them to take the child, when he drove home with the two keepers and opened the door the boy wasn't there neither were any of the organs and no blood anywhere, Mcgreggor couldn't stay there he was too afraid but when he got in his car he saw the boy waiting by the door calling him... with his mother combing his hair with her hands. Mcgreggor was found the next day hung from the same beam with the same rope and the house was vacated forever."
"Shit" Dylan spouted, Kelly was shaking in fear she could hardly move. "Hey she wasn't supposed to hear that, you remember the Taylor incident" I argued. "Well why didn't you stop me huh?" Kory rolled her eyes. "You know you wouldn't have listened" I crossed my arms.
"You mean you've seen this?" Dylan asked Kelly. "My best friend Taylor insisted it was all fake and she... she went in calling out for the ghost, I didn't know the story, it was me and a group of friends Taylor went in an after an hour when the checked..." she begun to cry, that was a bit uncalled for but it was expected. "Come on Kelly lets go outside" Alex said pulling her to the door.
"Your sister must be messed up" Dylan said, "weird right cause she's so put together" Kory blinked watching my sister's fragile stature. "She's got a lot on her mind so don't nag her, she can get a bit crazy sometimes, she saw a therapist for a while" I said staring at her.
"Do you think she saw him?" Dylan asks staring at me. "I'm not sure but if she did, I think it's best we don't mention him again", "agreed" Dylan said and Kory just rolled her eyes.
Kelly and Alex came back in a few moments later, Kelly was smiling, "guys Alex asked me to be his girlfriend" she lit up. "Oh that's great" Kory smiled and nodded at Alex who was only blushing at Kelly.
"Kelly, you sure you okay?" Dylan asked confused. "Totally, that was a long time ago, Taylor was being stupid" she bubbled, Dylan gave her a grave look. "Cool, anyway when are you guys leaving?", I checked my watch, it read 10:00 pm. "It's really late, Kelly we should get going... Kelly?" She was staring off into the distance, "hmmm?" She clicked on like a computer that was falling asleep, "come on say bye to Mrs. Spring so we could go home" I said getting up. Kelly quickly said bye to everyone and left.
When walking across Kelly looked upset, "Pay-Pay?" "Yeah?" "Do you think Alex really likes me?" I looked at her "I'm 100% sure he does and if he doesn't well there are lots of guys out there for you" she giggled "nobody can replace you though sis" she grinned and I smiled at her. "I'm sorry things with Dylan didn't work out" she pouted, "he's not my type" I retorted, she giggled "then who is".
When we reached inside the house mom called from the kitchen"Girls how was your night?" Mom grinned, "I have a boyfriend!" Kelly gleamed, mom rubbed her head "aww sweetie what boy will ever love you?" Kelly rolled her eyes. "How bout you?" Mom asked me "nope, don't count on me for romance" I said before going to my room.
But that night I could hear Kelly screaming and throwing stuff down, Kelly wasn't mentally okay, she broke everything and screamed "Taylor!" like the true person she was, the maniac she was ever since that day.
