"You idiot get back! They're going to fire!" Kenma shouted but you ignored his warning and ran into the enemies crossfire.
Immense pain was flowing through your legs and you failed to run for cover. Kenma grit his teeth and sent a signal to Yaku and they left the scene to avoid any more conflict.
"We'll have to inform Kuroo about y/n." Kenma sighed while using his handkerchief to wipe his face, becoming more and more annoyed at the fact you wouldnt listen and act on your own resulting in possible death.

You brought the porcelain cup to your lips as Oikawa watched you from the other side of the table, a small smirk on his lips. It was quiet but you didn't feel comfortable under the sinister gaze that Seijoh's captain was giving you. You slowly placed the cup back down on its plate and looked at the brunette man.
"So when is Kuroo coming to get me?" You asked quietly, mildly afraid of the man sitting across from you.
Oikawa yawned and rested his head on his hand. "Iwa-chan will be theone to tell you but don't worry, theres no rush in getting you back."
You nodded once and reached to pick up the cup again but your hand shot back when you heard a groan leave oikawa.
"God youre boring, did they shoot you in the tr=hroat that you forgot to speak or what?"
You flinched at his insensitive way of talking but you were saved by Iwaizumi entering the room with a scowl on his face.
"Kusokawa, that's not how you talk to a lady." He shot Oikawa a glare and then looked at you with a softer look on his face." Y/n Kuuro has arrived."
You felt a sense of relief wash over you. You looked at Oikawa and he helped you out of the seat, his arm wrapped under your shoulders to support you to the exit of their base. When you caught a glimpse of the bedheads head a smile was planted on your face from being brought back to the safe arms of Nekoma.
You waved at Kuroo and the shorter male next to him but only Kuroo waved back wiith a small smile on his face.
"Toru, you have all my thanks for taking care of Y/n. I hope she wasn't a pain in the ass."
You snorted at Kuroo. "If anything he was a pain in the ass." You muttered as Oikawa set you down. still giving you support with his arm.
"She was wonderful, thanks for asking but she might need some support with her legs."
Kenma was quick to react and he was by your side in a few swift movements, his arm supporting you to walk back to the vehicle you'd be taking back to the mian base. Kenma helped you get in the car without speaking or making direct eye contact with you. He walked to the other side of the car and sat beside you, looking out of the tinted window.
"I'm sorry Kenma, it was wrong for me to ignore you back with the fight with Fukurodani."
He scoffed and looked at you.
"I don't forgive you yet, but im glad you didn't die. Don't ever think about doing that again or I'll kill you myself."
You laughed a bit and the car fell silent again.
Unexpectedly you felt kenmas hand on the back of your head the his other arm wrapped around your body tightly, your head in his chest. You realised that he was giving you a hug and heat crept up your cheeks. You couldn't help but wonder what kenma's face looked like during this affectionate moment.
"Youre not allowed to leave my side y/n, as long as you're alive youre not leaving my side."
