Dean was actually a very tidy person, when it came down to the things in a real home, like the bunker. Dean always made sure the kitchen was clean and his bedroom was straightened up. Even the bathroom was clean, which is surprising, since Dean doesn't like all the germs that were in a bathroom, thanks to the toilet.
He really didn't mind picking up after Sam. He was, in fact, his brother, and Deans been picking up after him for most of their life. Sam was pretty good at picking up after himself though. The one thing that bothered Dean was finding Sam's hair everywhere. It was like they had their own personal dog that sheds.
But Cas. Dean could not stand picking up after Cas. His clothes and such weren't all that bad, other than their horrific smell. But what annoyed Dean the most is finding wrappers or dirty dishes in his room. Or even rotten, half eaten, burgers or any other types of food. But luckily, its spring cleaning now, which was good and bad at the same time. He'll get to see Cas working hard to tidy up, but that means he'll be finding more rotten food Cas left and forgot about.
"Dean, wake up, its time to start cleaning th house." Cas whispered to dean, as he lightly nudged him. Dean rolled over and glanced at the alarm clock on the night stand beside his bed.
"God dammit Cas, It is the ass crack of dawn. Wake me up at 7 or 8. . . . 4 is way to early to clean, man."
A few hours later, Dean woke up again, as his alarm clock went off at 8 on the dot. He moaned and lazily picked himself up out of bed and shuffled, to the kitchen to make himself coffee. As the coffee brewed, he leaned his back against the wall and began to notice the kitchen. It was absolutely clean. No food out, no dirty dishes. The floor was swept and the counters were cleaned. He filled his coffee cup with coffee and walked into the living room.
It was perfectly clean too. Dean didn't understand how Cas could've done all of this by himself. Dean was sleeping, and would've heard him if he vacuumed. He wandered into the bathroom to find Cas freshened up and fixing his tie.
"Cas. Did you clean up? The whole bunker? By yourself?" Dean asked.
"Yes, look Dean" Cas said. Cas grabbed Deans hand and pulled him to Sam's room. He opened up the door, and A horrible stench flowed out, along with a horrible sight. Dirty clothes stacked on top of dirty dishes, garbage, piled all along Sam's bed.
Dean glanced over at Cas and shook his head. He turned around and walked away, mumbling under his breath. Dean knew it was going to be a long day.
