A/N: This is a filler chapter, so not following an episode. Enjoy!

Lily was working on something in the garage, still trying not to laugh at Rick's collar. It's been about three months since all that happened. Lily did the math and figured out that since they froze time for six months, they'll have to wear it for at least six months. Maybe longer if their time is still unstable.

"Hey, Grandma?" Lily and Rick heard behind them. Lily looked and saw Morty.

"Hey, Morty. What's up?"

"I-I have a question I wanted to ask you," Morty said, standing in the doorway.

"Okay? What is it?" Lily asked, gesturing him to go on.

"I need to ask you in private." Lily blinked by how serious Morty sounded.

"Okay... Let me finish what I'm working on real quick and then we can talk." Morty nodded and left. Lily frowned in confusion and turned back around to focus on her project.

"Wonder what that's about," Lily said, glancing over at Rick. He just shrugged.

"He probably wants you to make something stupid for him so he can live out some idiotic fantasy."

"If that was the case, he would have asked you. Not me because he knows I wouldn't even consider it. Besides, it has to be serious if he needs to ask me privately."

"It's probably something that he doesn't feel comfortable talking to Beth about. Don't try to make something out of nothing, Lily." Lily rolled her eyes.

"Whatever, Rick." She put her wielding googles on and melded two pieces of metal together.

"You're putting the wrong pieces together." Lily extinguished the flame and looked.

"No, I'm not." She said, looking at her ex-husband in annoyance.

"Yes, you are. Look!" Rick snatched her blueprints and showed her. Lily took them from him and flipped the over, showing him he had them upside down. "Oh."

"I really wish you would stop critiquing me all the time. I'm pretty sure we BOTH know by now I know what I'm doing." Lily folded up her blueprints and sent her project to her lab by portal.

"Are you still going on about the time fracture? I told you that wasn't my fault."

"No, but did you bother to explain to Morty and Summer what unstabilized time meant?" Rick's lips went to the w shape. "Exactly. Did you bother to explain to them what would happen if time fractured, BEFORE all that happened?" More silence came from Rick. "So, to answer your question, YES, I'm still going on about the time fracture. Not only did you irresponsibly freeze time for six months, but you also failed to explain to our grandchildren what would cause a time fracture, causing the time police to catch wind of you, almost sending all three of you to time prison, and then almost dying on top of that."

"Lily, I-"

"Save it, Rick. I don't want to hear it right now. I'm gonna go see what Morty wants because I want him to know that at least ONE of his grandparents care about him." Lily stormed out, shutting the door behind her. Lily took a sigh and ran a hand over her face. She's trying to stick around for Beth and the kids, but Rick just keeps showing Lily day after day that he hasn't changed or ever will. Lily went upstairs to Morty's room.

"Hey, Morty. Can I come in?" Lily asked, knocking on his door.

"Yeah." Lily walked in and looked around. Morty's room looked normal for a teenage boy. She couldn't say she was surprised.

"You seriously need to clean your room," Lily said, looking around.

"Yeah, Mom tells me the same thing." Morty chuckles. Lily sat on his bed.
