Dairy Middle School

Haley's POV

I woke up to the sound of my dad, Brooklyn, beating on my door yelling at me to get up.

"Haley, I swear, if you are late on your first day, your grounded!" He yelled before walking off.

Yay, being grounded is always fun. Note the sarcasm.

"Haley, sweetie, you should get up and get dressed now if you wanna meet your friends to walk to school." Said my other dad, Sonny. At least he wasn't yelling.

"Ok, just give me a few minutes. I'll be down soon." I said, getting up and stretching.

I walked over to my dresser and grabbed a pair of black jeans that have the whole in the knee's and a hoodie that said: STRANGER THINGS on it. I slipped on my clothes, then walked down stairs.

As soon as I made it to the bottom of the stairs I was tackled in a hug by my little brother, Andy, who is only 6.

"Goodmorning, Hay-Hay!" He screamed, causing me to flinch.

"Hey, And. Why are you up so early?" I asked, I mean he dont go to school yet, so.

"I wanted to see you before you left for school. Um, also tell Cat I say hi oh and if Bill's there, ask if he wants to come over and play football or vidogam." He replied, adorably.

"Aww, its Videogame. And, I will, dont worry. Ok, well, I should probably start to head out now. Love you guys." I said, walking over to my dads hugging both of them and kissing their cheek, in return they kissed my forehead, mumbling an, "I Love you too" before going back to what they were doing.

"I love you, And. I'll be home before you know it." I said, picking him up and hugging him while he wrapped his arms tightly around my neck, hiding his face in the crook of my neck. I kissed his cheek, he copied our dads and kissed me on the forehead, then aksed me to sit him down saying he loved me, afterwards going back to trying to figure out how to use a Rubix Cube.

"Bye" I yelled walking out the door, I heard a bundle of 'byes'.

<Time Skip>

"Cat! Omg, I haven't seen you all fuc- I mean fricking summer. Excuse my language. I had the worst yet the best summer ever. It was bad because I had to babysit the whole time my parents 'had fun' and the good part was I had to babysit Andy." I said as soon as I saw Cat's light brown hair.

She jumped around in surprise, then tackled me in a hug.

"Haley! Ahhh, it's been so long. 2 whole months! Omg! I can't believe we didnt talk or see eachother for 2 whole months. That's insane!" She screamed, earning us a few looks from people walking up and down the sidewalk and passing by.

Then I realized Bill was also there, Bill is Cat's brother. I walked over to Bill and stood on my tiptoes giving his cheek a little peck, then walking back over to Cat to take a look at how red he would turn.

As soon as he turned red as a tanato, me and Cat started laughing.

"Hey, mom said no bullying me." He said, jokingly. Then proceeded to pout afterwards.

"Whatever, we are just playing around, chill. Plus, it's cute when you blush." I tell him. He looks up at me with wide Hazel eyes and smiled weakly, saying thanks.

"Ok, can we go now?" Bill asked.

"Yeah, we should probably head to school." I said. We all agreed and turned on our heals and headed to school.
