In Flameclan's Camp/Nursery
Day 1

A warm draft came swirling into peaceful camp of Flameclan, the Sun just had set behind the Talonstar's den, leaving a cooling glow outline but it was slowly but surely disappeared. Apprentices curled up in their nest happily dreaming ways to get noticed by their leader and mentors that They are ready for their warrior's name, elders tucked away safely in their comfy den that was placed close to the Medicine cat if anything occurred and some goes for the nursery. But luckily, the nursery had minimum problems since it was barely filled with expecting or nursing Queens expect for the Deputy and her two healthy kits..

Jasperclaw was her name..

Jasperclaw was a strong brown tabby with gentle green eyes, busy grooming her kits and humming to herself, until a deep voice interrupted the precious moment.

"My Love, are you awake?" Talonstar mewed tranquilly while walking to the quiet den.

Jasperclaw smiled and mewed quietly "Yes I am, My king~" She purred and saw the calico leader ears perked up with interest. Talonstar knew his mate was quite flirtatious but hides it with her strong-willed personality, he walked over to her and licked her on her striped forehead. Jasperclaw purred louder and gestures the tom to lay down next to her. "Are you sure? I don't want the kits to wake up" Talonstar was cautious were he stepped and eventually laid down by the side of his mate, Jasperclaw was comfortable with that as she nodded and swooped her tail around the two sleeping fluffy balls.

Talonstar's eyes glazed over his family, It was small, yes but he loved it to the top of his tipped ears to the bottom of his paw soles. He purred and lovingly nuzzled the brown tabby and draped his tail over his mate's flank. Life seemed calmed for once in Flameclan history, They were constantly bickering with Frostclan and Deathclan, Lately Talonstar was planning to launch an attack on both clans but since the news His mate was expecting, those plans flew out the window.. Jasperclaw saw him staring off into the distance again. 'He's thinking again' She thought and smiled.

The brown tabby started licking the tom's cheek, grooming his medium short fur. She felt the kits squirm and started mewing alerting her and Talonstar. Both cats looked and saw little Spottedkit squirming under his bigger sibling..Russetkit. Talonstar chuckled softly "That's my boys" Jasperclaw giggled and purred softly and finally nugde Russetkit off of Spottedkit, Russetkit protested in a squeak. His tiny body shook with disapproval but caught the scent that dinner was ready. As the kits suckled, Jasperclaw and Talonstar took the time to exchange tongues.

"How's the clan faring doing without me?" Jasperclaw had her head on her paws. Talonstar's head was on her shoulder, he huffed and chuckled "Fine, Burntpelt makes a pretty good deputy"

"Hmph. I hope he knows, I still kick his tail anytime for my position if He gets to comfortable" She emphasized on comfortable. The leader of Flameclan chuckled, he knew she can and would do it without hesitation. 'Oh starclan, I love this shecat' he thought.

"Talonstar?"

"Hm?"

"What..what are we going to do?"

"What do you mean My love?"

"Frostclan wants war, Deathclan is a constant head attack, what if they both join up and come to attack us? Would be able to protect ourselves and the kits. Plus our Home and clanmates..?" Jasperclaw rambled.

Talonstar nuzzled his mate again, Jasperclaw nuzzled back and looked back at her mate. Leader. Best Friend.

"We will Prevail..I promise you that" He mewled simply

Jasperclaw nodded and decided it was time to sleep, she let Talonstar stay for the night and happily tucked in Spottedkit and Russetkit..
