When The Sun Goes Down

1. Silence in the Darkness

Once the sun starts to set Keno starts walking Robin halfway home.Once they reach the usual halfway point next to the park something disturbing catches Keno eye.
"Robin is it just me or is that a body laying their by the entrance of the park".
Robin turned and saw a man laying in a pool of blood.
"Oh shit..."
Robin was shocked at what he saw, he always saw dead bodies in movies or the news but never saw one in person.
They both slowly walked to the body, it was a decent looking man laying lifeless in blood his throat was cut deep.
"What do we do, who do we tell, who do we call cause clearly there is no sign of life".
Robin couldn't respond unsure of what to do.
"Take a picture"
Keno looked at Robin with shock at the random choice.
"Out of all the things to say, you say take a picture. How about we tell the authorities, our parents or any adult".
Robin finally came out of his shock and said.
"Firstly we are adults 21years old did you forget, Secondly im not going to call authorities then we have to take statements and wait here in the dark for them to come and thirdly I want a picture to show we not just seeing things".
Keno took out his phone and did as he was told.
"Ok so what do we do ".
Robin looked unsure.
"Ok im sending this picture to the twins and asking them what to do".
"Why them out of everyone we know, really you know my past with them".
"I know Robin but we don't have anyone else we can trust".
Robin agreed there wasn't anyone else to trust, people in the suburbs gossip about any juicy story. When the phone call ended Robin looked liked he was gonna pass out.
"Soooo...".
"They said lets just leave him and early tomorrow morning we will see if anybody else has found the body".
They both agreed and left the body, when Robin got home he went straight to his room and it finally sinked in that someone was murdered. Robin kept thinking why was a decent looking man murdered at that time and left for dead.
