I left bruises on my legs yesterday,
Going to meet a girl.
It's a constellation reminding me
She wore my shirt
And I'm a base
And ugly character
And yet again
I didn't stick to myself
And look here
See
Someone suffered
And it wasn't me
And it was his fault, sure
Didn't take it seriously
But he tried,
Damnit.
Teachers can't seem to see
Too wrapped up in their vapid
Thoughts
Self centred melody
And meanwhile we sit
So divided
And they have the power
To show us how
We can
Join
And yet
They don't.
So what's one more student with a constellation of bruises on their thighs.
