"Come on mom, can't you stop at Starbucks and get us something too?" Emerald begged.

"Please?" Ruby pleaded.

I pinned my hair back and sighed, "I guess I can. But that means you both have to behave during lunch while I step out."

"We will," Emerald and Ruby smiled.

"They will Blue," Ana prodded, "As long as I'm here."

"True. They don't really behave well with Josh," I snickered.

"I heard that!" Josh hollered from the other side of the rehearsal space.

I chuckled to myself and grabbed my book bag. I put on my sunglasses and beanie and began to head out of the space. I walked down the street for about ten minutes until I arrived at a Starbucks. I opened the door and headed straight for the counter. I pulled out my phone and unlocked it. I clicked on Instagram and started scrolling through comments on my most recent picture. The picture was of Josh and myself kissing in front of a sunset on the roof. I liked and replied to a few until there was a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see someone I recognize standing behind me.

"Hey, you look very familiar to a girl I used to like," the dirty blonde haired and teal eye guy flirted.

"Hmm, I do?" I hummed, "that's sweet. Did you ever tell her that?"

"Nope. Never got to," He pointed out, "it's your turn to order."

"Oh," I replied.

I turned around and smiled at the barista. I ordered my three drinks and slid him my name. The guy ordered his drink and gave the barista the name, "Sam". That doesn't ring a bell.

"Sad to say your name doesn't ring a bell," I recited.

"That's rough, if only it did," the guy verified, "Well it's the name I give drink orders."

"Oh, what's your real name then?" I smirked.

"Sapphire," The barista stated as she read of the cups.

"Wait, Sapphire?" The guy gasped.

"Yeah. That's the name I also give the barista when I order drinks," I grinned.

"No way, it can't be you," The guy shook his head.

"What?" I asked.

"Sapphire. I'm Griffin," He smiled at me.

"Holy. Shit. We have got to catch up," I exclaimed.

Once Griffin's name was called he grabbed his drink and directed me to a table in the corner of the room. We sat down and I took off my sunglasses.

"It's been what, 15 years?" I inquired.

"13 actually. I moved away when we both were 13," Griffin smiled at me.

"I still can't believe after all this time we found each other again," I laughed.

"I know. It's like fate," he chuckled.

I raised an eyebrow as he stuttered, "Like you know just seeing each other again and not forgetting each other."

"I know what you meant Griff," I giggled before flashing a smile.

"How have you been Saph," Griffin asked.

"I've been really good. I've been with Josh on and off for a bit," I conversed, "But I really do like him."

"How's Kyle doing?" Griffin questioned.

"Kyle has been deployed to Iran," I muttered.

"Oh. I'm sorry. For how long?" Griffin apologized.
