I sat up, my head in a lot of pain."Ugh where am i?" i put my hand on my head. i looked around, my eyesight clearing up. i was in the middle of a forest. "How did i get here?" i said quietly, even though no one else was probably in the middle of the forest. All of a sudden, I heard someone say, "Hello? Who's there?" I hid in a bush. i saw a boy with piercing blue eyes, jet black hair that swept over one of his eyes, black skinny jeans, and a Blink 182 shirt on. I had to admit, he was attractive. As i tried to run away, I stepped on a branch. Classic, I thought to myself, doesn't this only happen to people in movies? "Who are you?" i turned around to face him. His face lost all color. "Jesse?" "Do i know you?" "Yeah. i'm Ethan. Ethan Green. Your best friend." i just shook my head. "How do you not know me? We've been best friends since the 5th grade." "Please, Ethan. i don't even remember anything about myself. How would I remember you?" He looked a little hurt.
"Look, how did you get here?" he said, very hurt by my last remark. "I honestly don't know. i woke up here and then we met." "Oh. Then you don't know." his eyes went soft. "Know what?" "Your parents died two weeks ago."
