We walked in, In The Dark by Dev blasting from the speakers and Halley linked arms with me.

"Be strong, chica. You can do this."

"Gettig through this party isn't something I'm worried about.." my eyes met Wesley and he smiled, my stomach knotting up as he walked up to us.

"You're here early. Wanna help?"

I nodded and grabbed a bag of chips, pouring it into an empty bowl. Wesley went and changed the song real quick and Black Balloon by The Goo Goo Dolls started playing, a hand appearing before me.

"Dance with me?" Wesley smiled.

I wanted to say no, but when my eyes met his, my hand went into his. He placed his hands around my waist as mine went around his neck. Halley went out to the backyard, calling someone and I was left with Wesley.

"Remember this song?" He whispered.

My heart skipped a beat at the memory. Homecoming, freshmen year. It sort of became our song after that.

"Y-Yes. How can I forget?"

"You in that beautiful blue dress." he whispered as I layed my head on his shoulder.

"I missed you, ya know." He said, lifting my chin up.

"I-I missed you too."

My eyes went to his lips and I fought back the urge to crush mine against his.

"Tori..,"His face came closer to mine,"Can I kiss you?"

My heart skidded to a stop and I felt my cheeks go hot. My face went closer until we were just inches away and our lips touched.

I died inside. His hands went up my back and into my hair as his tongue brushed against my lips, wanting me to open them. Of course, I blindly did and our tongues met, sending shivers down my spine.

"Tori. Dj is on his way." Halley called from the back.

I pulled out of the kiss and my hand went to my lips, still unsure if I'd pulled away because I could still feel his lips.

"I better go to Halley."

Wesley nodded, kissing my cheek before I left and turned the music back to party stuff.

"What was that?" Halley whispered.

I blushes and shrugged my shoulders."I-I-I-"

"Ok tongue tied missy. I thought we weren't going to do anything like that. Atleast until you were buzzed."

"I-I don't know what happened. I-I-"

Halley sighed and pulled me into a hug."Everythig will be fine when Dj gets here."

I pushed her away gently."No it won't. Christina is his date."

"Oh yeah... Sorry."

I sighed and went back in, a big group of people walking in and I decided to go into the bathroom to fix myself up.

I'd decided to put on jean shorts and a shirt tat hung off my left shoulder. I fixed my hair, which was curled, and applied lip gloss before I stepped back out to the party.

"Tori. There's a hot guy. Right there." Halley smiled, a red cup already in her hand.

I nodded and looked around for Dj. A red cup went in my hand and I took a sip before I began to walk around.
