A/N: oof... Sad story ahead.

               "Hey (y/n)!" Leo greeted happilly when he saw you in the arena. You immediately turned your head to meet your best friend and quickly rushed to hug him. "Hello shithead! How are you?" You greeted back but it came out muffled because of your face being hidden in Leo's neck. "Im great how about you?" He asked. "Im super good!" You replied excitedly. He smiled at how happy you were. He had a major crush on you but he would never confess how he felt about you. He knew better than that.

                "Hey... Leo... I would like to talk to you.." you mumbled. He looked at you with a troubled expression. "Everything alright?" He asked. You nodded vigorously and then took his hand to lead him to the field of strawberries and you both laid there. "leo...I have a crush on someone" you said and stared meaningfully in his eyes. He gulped. Was it gonna be like these romantic stories where the girl is telling the boy she likes someone and then she explains that this someone is him? Could Leo set his hopes high?
               "I-...well it is Percy" you blurted. His eyes betrayed how hurt he felt but he mustered a smile for you. "Wow... I-maybe I can help you with him, he is one of my closest friends after all" he offered. Your eyes instantly sparked with joy. "Would you really do that?" You asked energetically. 'of course anything for you" he said and before even finishing the sentence you fell in his arms and pecked his cheek. He blushed furiously and let out a deep sigh. He knew first hand he didn't stand a chance...

              Percy Jackson. One of the hottest guys in camp, and the best thing? He was single. Leo always envied him and Jason ... They were always the top two guys in both Roman and Greek camps. Later that night he went to bunker nine and worked his tears out. What he only wished was him being with you, and still after all those hardships he had gone through in his life this wish wasn't coming true. He would have treated you like a Queen. He would give you all his unconditional love and support to anything you would do. He would try to be the best boyfriend to you. But how could you notice him? The little imp among the kings. The jester among them.

               The next morning he made his way to Percy's cabin and gently knocked the door. Percy opened the door and immediately let him inside. "Hey leo my dude! What are you doing here?" He asked. Leo smiled uneasy. "Well I came to chat...you know like bros" he explained. Percy's face lit up. "Sure!" He exclaimed. "Soooo! Is there any beautiful girl in your mind?" Leo asked teasingly. Percy look at him with an obvious blush painting his cheeks. "Well...there is that girl..." Percy started. Leo immediately nodded for him to continue. "I think...I may have a crush for (y/n)" he finally confessed.
 

         If there was anything left from Leo's heart now it was definitely teared. He forced a smile. "Really? Cause I heard that she likes you too"Leo commented. Percy immediately sat up energetically. "OMG..."He blurted. Leo smiled sheepishly. "Go tell her man...I'm sure she will be more than happy" leo encouraged him. Percy nodded, quickly thanked him and ran to meet you leaving Leo slowly being swallowed by his misery.
          

     One year now you and Percy were together. You were one of the happiest couples in camp. Percy treated you amazingly. Your only worry was your friend Leo . He was more moody than normally and he would always have bags under his eyes. You had try to talk to him but he had become a little distant.
   

    6 years. And Percy asked you to be his wife. You instantly said yes. Your friendship with Leo is again well and you finally are as close as ever.

     9 years. You now have a sweet son. Percy is one of the best fathers you have ever seen. Leo and you are hanging out almost daily and he too helps you with your child.

     10 years and a monster attacked you. You were in the hospital for one month. Everyday leo and Percy would come and talk to you. The doctors said you were not going to make it. Percy was devastated he would cry every night and leo was nowhere better. Your last night Leo came to see you one last time. "Oh (y/n)...why did you do this to me?" He asked . You watched him tired not being able to answer. "I had and still have feelings for you! I always had! But I was glad that you were happy with Percy so I didn't say anything...ever..until tonight.. cause I had to tell you or else it would torture myself for eternity." He confessed. You felt a wave of surprise wash over you. All those years he hadn't said anything. Little did he know that you once had a crush on him...way before Percy. But now it was too late , even if you felt the same it would not change anything. You closed your eyes for one last time and never opened them again.
