I woke up feeling like crap. Silence. My favourite sound. The only sound I like. Of course Gaonha isn't here. She's been with her boyfriend all. Week.
If I was straight would I get a boyfriend.
With that thought in mind I decide to throw on some clothes and do a tik tok Pov on exactly how I feel. It posted. I drowned my feelings in my tears.
"MAIHUAAAAA! Maihua get up off the floor. Why are you crying. Aw baby girl"
"Sorry y/n I can't help it. Gaonha has been with her boyfriend all week and I can't help but think if I was straight how would my life be... anyway how did you get in here." I sobbed.
"Aw baby. I let myself in with the key you gave me for one and two you don't need to be straight to be loved. If you were straight I don't know who you'd be. Just please stop crying." She says.
It's like she knew what to say. I jump up and hug her until she wheezes.
"Okay, okay you can let go now."
I release her and we go to the cafe round the block to talk.
When we get back I stand at my doorstep and freeze. I feel a familiar unwanted presence behind me. "Leave" I say. She stands there. I repeat... "LEAVE! I DON'T WANT YOU HERE. I'VE MOVED ON. JUST LEAVE IT'S WHAT YOU'RE BEST AT!" A tear filled my eye and I walk through the door. "Don't worry y/n it's ok. I'm fine just relax."
"You're not ok. Who was that. Why would she be here. What does she want."
"Really it's o-"
"MAIHUA. ITS NOT OK. DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND I CARE ABOUT YOU. I ASK THIS STUFF BECAUSE I LOVE YOU. NOT BECAUSE I WANT TO KNOW EVERY LAST DETAIL OF YOUR LIFE. I love you Maihua. I just want to know you're ok. Just talk to me."
She loved me. I have to tell her.
"Y/n, that was my ex. I thought we had it going for us until she left. For no reason. Just got up and left. I had to pretend I moved on. Please don't hate me."
My heart dropped and I couldn't fight the salty tears from falling from my ducts. My face was a mess. I hear her quietly sob "How could I hate you. Why didn't you tell me."
I'm hesitant. I walk up to her and lift up her chin. Soft words left my mouth "I love you y/n... so much." I lean in for a kiss. She pushes her face into mine and we are kneeling on my bedroom floor when Gaonha walks in.
"Oh... My... God. I knew it. I knew you would love again Maihua."
We ignored her and she placed her tongue on my bottom lip asking for entrance and of course I let her in. It felt good feeling someone's warmth once again.
