9 ABY,Kreya Rushbeck has finally settled comfortably on Arvala-7. But things aren't as peaceful on this backwater planet as she hoped they'd be. Arvala-7 has become a bounty hunter hotspot ever since a band of Niktoian mercenaries set up shop in an abandon compound on the far side of the valley. With such a consistent stream of bounty hunters arriving on her planet, it makes the woman more a little curious about what exactly they are after and why hasn't a single one of them succeeded, yet. Well, after spending more than her fair share of life on the run, she's not overly anxious to find out. However, when her Ugnaught neighbor, Kuiil, brings a mysterious guest to her tiny hovel offering her a proposition she can't refuse, will she be willing to give up her comfortable life under the radar to help a child in need?
