***Fay's P.O.V***
"It's okay," I whispered. "You're going to be okay, I promise."
"Don't make promises you can't keep." That was one of the last things Juli said to me before the breakout. I was being an over protective friend, and then I ignored her. Not intentionally, at first. I was wrapped up in a side project.
"Fay..." Luke whispered.
"Yeah?" I asked looking to him. I had been trying to advert his gaze. I didn't know what else to say.
"What was Juli like before the apocalypse?" He whispered.
"Wow. That, that Juli I could write a book about. And this one, a sequel." I smiled at the thoughts. To be honest. She wasn't much different. The only thing now is she has Luke; someone who makes her happy.
"Tell me." He pleaded. "I want to know."
I sighed. If it's what he wanted, I couldn't decline. "What do you want to know about her?"
"What, was the last guy, she was with like?" He whispered.
"Nothing like you." I sighed. "I didn't think he was good for her, he was a year younger, a jock, semi cute. He looked like a guy from a band, I think that's why Juli liked him, or at least, why I thought she did."
"What was his name?" Luke croaked.
"That's not important." I sighed. "The point is, you shouldn't bother knowing about him. You're 10x the man he could ever dream to be."
"Tell me something to get my mind off of everything." Luke whispered.
"A story?" I asked.
"Shut up already." Daryl groaned.
"A true story." Luke smiled.
"Okay," A voice whispered. "How about the story of how Juli saved your asses?"
My head and Luke's shot up. "Juli?" The door shuddered and the knob turned. "We thought you were dead!"
"People like to assume things, don't they?" She smiled pulling me to my feet and giving me a bone crushing hug. "I told you I'd never leave you."
"I know," I smiled helping Luke to his feet. He smiled and hugged Juli, I ran over to Daryl and bent down on my knees. "Daryl," I whispered. "Juli's here."
"I heard." He grunted. "Just get me out of here."
"Who got shot?" Juli asked, checking every part of Luke. She looked up, "Daryl?"
"We stopped the bleeding, I think." Luke said scratching the back of his head. "He isn't dead yet, so I suppose I did something right."
"That's my boy." Juli smiled ruffling his hair. A faint 'shut up' could be heard being uttered by Luke.
"What are we waiting for?" Daryl grunted. "Let's get the hell out of here."

I know it's short but I want to try and do their whole escape attempt in a chapter, it's Sunday, I had family over, I can't watch the Walking Dead tonight. I'm just not in the mood to write. BUT, I am editing Survivor, then I'm re-writing the plot for Lost and Missing, then I'm writing Sinister, and I applied for a job or two...so, yeah, that's my life. Hope you have a good time watching The Walking Dead tonight. I'll be working out. ._.
