The Wei forces were able to repel the Wu forces in Hefei Castle. The leading commander, Sima Shi praised the soldiers who were involved in the fight to repel the annoying forces of Wu. He had to admit, Sun Quan was resilient but still an imbecile for even thinking that he had even one chance of victory against them, especially since he goaded Zhuge Ke out of the Wu camp.

The rest of Sima Shi's forces returned to Luoyang and prepared for a banquet to celebrate their victory at Hefei castle. One of the soldiers of Sima Shi's army, was a young woman with medium length black hair and teal eyes. She was sitting with her sworn siblings. Sima Zhao, the younger brother of Sima Shi and Wang Yuanji, a beautiful and very intelligent young woman hired by Sima Shi to become the advisor for Sima Zhao the same as her.

"Finally it's over! I can't wait to take a nap after this feast!"

"Of course you would love to take a nap you lazy oaf."

"Come on Yuanji! Don't be like that! We've been at war with Wu for months now and we finally defeated them! Tell her Luli!" The young girl known as Kang Luli put her drink down on the table.

"I kinda agree with Yuanji. Just because we defeated the Wu forces at Hefei castle doesn't mean they're gonna give up. We may have won this battle now but they're gonna keep coming back." Wang Yuanji shook her head in agreement. Sima Zhao frowned at the women's explanation and was about to open his mouth until he heard a voice behind him.

"Don't even try to argue back. They make a very good point." The voice belonged to Jia Chong. Luli's face turned pink when he looked at her and tried to nonchalantly drink her wine but bumped her knee onto the table, nearly spilling her wine on herself.

"Are you alright Luli?" Yuanji asked.

"Yeah...just-....a little tired. I gotta go." Luli got up from the table and quickly left the banquet, not noticing the worried expressions of her sworn siblings and Jia Chong.

Luli quickly made her way into her room and shut the door, putting her hand on her chest feeling her heartbeat slowing down. Just a few moments ago, her heartbeat was rapid. Now that she mentioned it, her heart always beats so fast every time she is near Jia Chong.  Why is that? Why does she always feel that way everytime she is near him. Luli looked on her bed and saw there were purple roses along with a light blue headband and a small note. She picked up the note and read it.

"My Sweet Angel, you enchant me each and every day with your sweet innocence."

Luli smiled at the note, but who sent her this? She doesn't have time to think about that right now. As she put the purple roses in a vase and filled it up with water, there was a knock at her door.

"Sister Luli, may I come in?" The voice belonged to Wang Yuanji.

"Of course! Come in!" Yuanji came inside of Luli's room and closed the door behind her.

"I wanted to see if you were alright, you ran out of the banquet hall so abruptly."

"Yeah I'm fine! I just felt a little tired." Luli replied as she took a sip of water from her cup.

"Really? It may not have anything to do Master Jia Chong now would it?" Luli coughed up and spit out her water.

"You're just saying silly things Sister Yuanji!" Wang Yuanji crossed her arms as she sat down on the couch with a smirk on her face.

"I know you Luli. Every time Master Jia Chong comes near you, you act very bashful. Do you like him?"

"Of course I like him! He's a good comrade and friend!"
