Journey of our love story

Surprise!

           It was just another simple day in school. Lesson were boring and I was getting really sleepy. I was only waiting for the last bell to rang so I was able to meet up with my clique. My clique consists of about 10-11 people. Almost everyday after school, we will meet up to play frisbee.

           Finally the last bell rang. I grabbed my bag and sprint out of the door and met up with them at the usual place which was at the corner near to the parade square.

           "Hey!" I called out to them.

           "You really do take your time to come here don't you?" Anthony commented.

            Anthony is the "big brother" and also the comedian of the clique. He takes care of all of us. He's my blood brother. I had to suck up his nonsense at home everyday and goes drinking when he's feeling down or when his friends ask him to which I really dislike. I love my brother alot and nobody is able to replace him in anyway.

            "I came here as fast as I could after the last bell rang." Glaring at him.

            "Whatever." Rolling his eyes.

            "Can the both of you stop it? It's getting annoying." Jay said.

            "Let's just go play first alright?" Jess laughed.

            We decided to separate ourselves into two team as usual. As usual we will play for 4 hours with breaks. Never did I come across my mind that I will meet that special someone who changed my life.

             Jess, Michael, Hazel and me were having our break at the canteen. I saw a group of boys playing soccer at a small area in the parade square. I was staring at them for quite awhile when Jess snapped her fingers in front of my face which jolted me.

             "Which one caught your eye?" Jess smirked.

             "I don't know what are you talking about." I turned away avoiding her gaze. I was obviously lying. One of them caught my eye. The way he smile. His eyes. His laughter. The vibe he gave out. I guess it's just feelings that will disappear in like a day.

             "Don't lie. I know you since we were very young. Come on share with me." Jess begged.

             "Alright alright. That guy over there with the red tee." I pointed out to.

             "Kayler?" She said in awe. I didn't know whether she was feeling shock, angry or suprised. But doesnt mean I can't continue staring. He then turn around. I quickly turn away avoiding eye contact with him.
             "Guys, let's go. Continue from where we stopped at."
             We then made our way to the parade square. We walked past the group of boys. We walked past that boy. After 30 minutes of play time, Jess said she needed to go home. We were then short of one player.
             " Hey Kayler! Do you want to join us? We are short of one player. Come on. You will be on my team." Anthony shouted to him. I immediately stiffened up. My heart was beating so fast I did not knew what to do. I was the opposite team. I had to block or attack him either way. Then the game start. I was blocking Anthony then that idiot threw the Frisbee to Kayler. I had no choice but to block him. My heart was beating so fast. He was undefeatable. I gave my very best. I did. He was just too strong.

                "That was a great game. And nice meeting you Kayler. Wondering if you are interested to join our clique?" Hazel said. Oh no, not again. I thought to myself. Everything was like going against me that day.
             "Sure! Why not? Remember to add me in the group alright? Got to go! Bye!" Kayler said before heading somewhere else. Could this day get any worst? Back after home, Anthony and I was in tbe room studying. He then suddenly turn around and asked me a very weird question. " Hey, what do you think of Kayler?" I didn't know how to answer him. Like seriously I just met him. "I don't know. I just got to know him today. Why the sudden question?" I asked in curiousity. "You just met him? Do you know our family is quite close to his? Maybe you were young that time. So you didn't know." What the... close to his family? So meaning I will see him for the upcoming dinner? So mum mysterious guest is actually Kayler and his family? Heavens! Why am I not informed about this?
