The date was March 11th, 2020. It was lunchtime in Future Tone High School. Delusion Girl Miku (or her real name Delilah) and her friends Grace, Naureen, Sarah, Skylar with an A, and Skyler with an E were sitting at the same table.
Deep Sky: So, I've heard everything from Grace, Skyler. Let me see your belly.
Starmine: Oh, alright. But don't laugh.
He showed everyone his growing belly.
Delusion Girl Miku: Let me feel it!
She put a hand on his belly. She felt the baby kick.
Noble: How far along are you?
Starmine: Well, Veronica said 38 weeks.
School: Ooh! Negi Root City is going to have another Vocaloid newborn.
Starmine: Maybe.
Deep Sky: Are you having a boy or girl?
Gothic: We both want it to be a surprise.
Noble: I like surprises!
School: And what about Ethan and Alexiel? How far along are they?
Gothic: Ethan's 39 weeks, and Alexiel's only 37.
Noble: We should worry about Ethan more. He might go into labor at any day now.
School: True. It could even happen in school. And we won't know it.
Deep Sky: By the way, Delilah. I've been hearing rumors that a Len module likes you.
Delusion Girl Miku: Who?
Deep Sky: School Wear Len.
Delusion Girl Miku: Oh, that nerd?
Starmine: That's not nice.
Delusion Girl Miku: But it's true. All he talks about is video games and other nerdy things. Like Receiver does.
Gothic: Hey, Simon Jones is also a nerd. And Cheerful Candy still likes him.
School: True.
Delusion Girl Miku: You said that he likes me?
Deep Sky: Yep.
Delusion Girl Miku: Well, I don't like him!
Everyone in her friend group gasped.
Starmine: How can you say that?
Delusion Girl Miku: Like I said earlier, he's a big nerd. And always hangs out with Simon, who is also a nerd.
Gothic: Uh, Delilah?
Delusion Girl Miku: He's behind me, isn't he?
School Wear Len: (starting to tear up) Yes, it's me. The big nerd that you don't like.
Delusion Girl Miku: Oh, uh, hi, Scott (I thought of his first name myself).
School Wear Len: It's okay. Most people in school don't like me anyway.
And with that, he ran out of the cafeteria in tears. School Wear Rin, his twin sister, saw this and approached the group.
School Wear Rin: Which one of you people made my little brother cry?
Starmine, Skylar, Sarah, Grace, and Naureen pointed at Delilah.
Delusion Girl Miku: Uh, maybe I did.
School Wear Rin: You better apologize to him then. You know he doesn't like it when people call him a nerd. Especially people like you. He really likes you, can't you see that?
Delusion Girl Miku: Maybe I have been a little harsh on him.
School Wear Rin: Go out there and apologize, or I won't forgive you again!
She went back to her table with Simon and Cheerful Candy (or her real first name Chelsea).
Delusion Girl Miku: Well, I'll never forgive myself if I don't do this. Wish me luck.
She exited the cafeteria.
Delusion Girl Miku saw School Wear Len with his face looking down and sitting on the floor. She sat down beside him and rubbed his back.
Delusion Girl Miku: Hey, Scott. Are you okay?
School Wear Len: No. I really am a nerd.
Delusion Girl Miku: To be honest, I like smart people like you.
School Wear Len: (looking at her) You do?
Delusion Girl Miku: I do. Listen, I'm sorry I called you a nerd. I shouldn't have, and I feel bad.
School Wear Len: So, you actually like me?
Delusion Girl Miku: Hmm...maybe a little.
School Wear Len: Thank you.
Delusion Girl Miku: Can I have a hug?
Scott hugged Delilah.
Delusion Girl Miku: I really want to make it up to you.
School Wear Len: How?
Delusion Girl Miku: I've got it! How about we work on our homework after school today?
School Wear Len: Like a date?
Delusion Girl Miku: Something like that. I can invite you over to my house, or I can come to yours.
School Wear Len: That sounds good.
Delusion Girl Miku: I think I want to see your house. I'll ask my parents if I can come over. We can take a break from homework and have dinner or something.
School Wear Len: Okay. I'll ask my sister if she can cook for us.
Delusion Girl Miku: It's a date then.
She helped Scott get up and they both went back in the cafeteria.
Okay, I thought I would write this little one-shot between Delusion Girl Miku x School Wear Len. I wanted them to be together because they're both single. By the way, I've thought of School Wear Len and Cheerful Candy's first names all by myself. But I can't think of a first name for School Wear Rin, or a last name for either one of those 3 modules. Hopefully my good Wattpad friend can help me out with that. And I don't remember whose turn it was to do the date story. I believe it's my turn. So, with that said, I'll see you guys in the next story!
