The Last Celestial Being Xinyi

CHAPTER 7: XINYI IN ACTION

A/N: Pardon me readers but I don't put POV on my story I'm not used to this kind of way of writing.

Setting: Shantong City (Representation of the city I created in ancient times in thi story.)

Prince Tian accompanies Xinyi going home before he goes home to the western palace. They have not seen each other after the date. The Prince was so busy with his task inside and outside the palace.

One day while Prince Tian was frolicking outside the palace in plainclothes which he usually does to find the thief that has been terrorizing the store owner. On the other hand, Xinyi was on his way to another branch of the store when he happens to witness some men stealing something in the store. He took action immediately to stop them.

"Ting." Xinyi said but the thief didn't listen so he removed his belt that wraps around his waist as accessories and whips the two thieves that reach his belt. They were aching from pain. The other culprit trying to escape and he pursues the thief in order for the thief to be caught. He used his power to stop the thief using his hand in which was thrown out of the roof but slowly controlling the force to avoid huge damage to the person.

"Don't steal from others when you've got a well-built body and an able person so why you have to do something this low?" Xinyi said. The thieves just move their heads down ashamed of their action. Xinyi flickers his hand to find a vine to hold the hands of the thieves and hand them over to the authority.

Prince Tian secretly saw what was happening. He was shocked that his consort to be is also upholding law properly and accordingly. He continued watching Xinyi the whole day. He continued walking until he reaches a small barn where he left his horse that was a gift to him by his father. He mounted the horse with no problem and rode it to the next store.

On his way to the next store, he saw a maiden falling from the second floor of a brothel house. He immediately dismounts from the horse to save the maiden.

"Ni hai hao ma?" Xinyi said.

"Shi. Xei xei ni, Shaoye." The maiden replied.

Xinyi in the eyes of the maiden was like a knight in shining armor to save the maiden but then again it was just a coincidence that he was there at the right time and place. He continued his journey reached the store to check on things.

Shoaye stayed for over two and a half hours in the store to check on things before taking a much-needed break. He went to a restaurant to drink tea a few minutes later after sipping a tea there was a commotion going on. A huge man was bullying a young servant who accidentally poured water on his clothes. He saw how bruised the maid was. Xinyi without hesitation put himself in between the man and the maid.

"Why are you defending this maid? Are you looking for pain in your body? It would be Wo de rongxing damaging your beautiful face." The huge man said.

"Meiyou but you will be." Xinyi replied while glaring at the huge man.

"Move at once, young man. This fight is between me and him. No one should get in the way." Xinyi said

The man was so furious that he suddenly punched Xinyi using his left and right-hand combination but Xinyi not moving an inch from where he stands was able to deflect the punch using his fan with one hand by moving left to right as well. He made his move by counterattack using the force of nature through Tai Chi without touching the man. The man was thrown out of the restaurant damaging three tables and walls. Shaoye took out of his pouch three silver money for the payment of the damages. He went out to go home and shake his head.
