Him

The Party

"Sara!" My boyfriend, Jeremy, says as he is running up to me. "Hey baby, we should go to McKenzie's party tonight!" He says with a warm smile on his face. I always loved to see him happy. I looked down at my feet frowning and say, " I really don't want to go Jer". I look up at my boyfriend to see his puppy eyes, I hesitated, then told him that I would go with him. He got really happy and smiled really big, then he kissed me on my forehead and walked towards his friends and Mckenzie. I thought it was pretty weird that him and McKenzie just started randomly hanging out, but, maybe one of his friends is dating her.

The bell rang and it was time to go to 5th period. I didn't have that period with Jeremy, but 6th hour I do. When I entered 5th hour, people starting staring at me and whispering to their friends. McKenzie is probably spreading rumors about me again just because she is mad at me for dating Jeremy, which is her crush. I took off my backpack and sat in my desk when someone yelled "OH MY GOD EVERYONE LOOK!!! THAT IS MY BEST FRIEND SARA!" I turned around to see my best friend Miley standing in the doorway. She started laughing and walking towards her desk, which was right by mine. I looked at her embarrassed and said "was that even nessecary?" She starts laughing and then stops, with a serious tone she says "can I ask you something?" "Oh uhm yeah ask away, I guess" I nervously said. "Is Jeremy cheating on you?" "Because if he is, I will kick his a-" "oh please Miley! He would never cheat on me." I say. "Okay, I am just making sure!"

I really hope he is not cheating on me, I thought. It was almost time for 6th hour and I was really nervous because Jeremy is in that class and I do not want to act off. I really don't want him to question why I am acting weird. Should I ask him if he is cheating on me? No! I can't! But if that is what everyone is saying then I really don't know what to do. I just won't ask him because I know Jeremy would never do that to me, I thought. The bell rang and my heart sank to my stomach, "okay, I can act normal and happy for one more hour", I whispered to myself.

I arrived to 6th hour and Jeremy welcomed me at the door with a hug and a forehead kiss. "Hi baby, so glad to see you again" he says as he is walking me to my desk. "Hi", I say with a smile on my face. When he does that romantic type of stuff, it just makes my heart go crazy! 6th hour was really good. I was being normal so he couldn't tell I felt bad. Jer and I talked all hour until it was time to go home.

when the after school bell rang, Jer took my hand and took me to his car, where he took me home. When we arrived at my house, I opened the passenger side door when Jeremy grabbed my hand and pulled me in and kissed me on the lips. "Meet me at the party, okay?" "I love you", Jeremy said. "Okay! See you there." "I love you, Jer", I said blushing and smiling. I got out of his car and walked to my front door. I turned around, waved to him and said "drive safe!" He looked at me and gave me a thumbs up. Then I went inside to start figuring out what the heck I was going to where at McKenzie's party. I got to my room and headed straight for my closet. I opened my closet door and moved all my clothes to see the perfect dress for the party. It was a blue sparkly, knee high dress. "Perfect" I said as I set it on my bed. "Now all I have to do is do my hair and I'll be ready to go.

I was all ready for the party, and I looked stunning! I grabbed my wallet and headed to the party. I had to walk there because I don't have my license. I finally arrived to the party and I forgot how big McKenzie's house is. It is a huge hillside house that has a steep driveway that was hard for me to walk up in heels. When I got to the door, it was already open so I just walked in. I really just wanted to find Jeremy and get this party over with, but I couldn't not find him. I went to the kitchen and grabbed a drink, then I went searching the house hoping to find him. I found Miley and asked "have you seen Jeremy?" "Oh yeah I saw him go downstairs to the movie room" Miley said. "Okay thanks I will see you around." I said as I was making my way downstairs. When I
arrived downstairs, there were about five rooms. I started checking all the rooms when I heard moaning sounds coming from the room at the end of the hallway.

I walked to the room and put my ear up to the door. That better not be Jeremy, I thought. Really scared that it was, I opened that door and saw to heads pop up. One was McKenzie and the other was.. oh my god.. it can't be. The guy was.. Jeremy?! Tears start rolling down my face as I say "are.. are you serious right now Jeremy!?!" "I knew it, I knew their was something going on!" Jeremy jumps for his shirt saying "Sara wait! I can explain! Please let me explain" I race upstairs and out the door so no one could see me crying. I was half way down the driveway when Jeremy called my name "SARA!!" I stopped and turned around to see that stupid innocent look on his face.

"I thought you weren't coming out until like ten. You were not supposed to find out like this!" Jeremy says. "When did this start?" As soon as I said that, he looks down at his shoes not saying anything to me. Being so fed up with his bullshit I said "you know what?! Do not even talk to me or even interact with me anymore!! I don't want anything to do with you!" I walked home and while I was, I got about 15 text messages from Jeremy, but I blocked his number and made my way home.
