Chapter 10

I stopped running but I didn't shift back. I brought no clothes. Jonathan walked with me to the house. This is it, a new start, a new pack. I howled towards the house hoping to a get a response.

Howls were soon replied, lots of them. A person opened the door and I was guessing that was the leader.

"Stay back!" He yelled at the wolves.

"Hurry up man." I whined in my mind.

The guy took a good look at me and smiled. I smiled back, faking it. He close the door and walked over to me.

"Might I ask, why the fuck are you here?" He voice was husky and slow.

"I want your pack." I told him through my mind.

He laughed and looked at me like I had six tails, "No, you can join but you can't have them."

"I'm alpha, I will never downgrade myself."

"You were alpha in your old pack, not this one." He ran a hand through his hair.

I was ready to snap this bastard back. I walked closer to him, closer and closer until I made him fall to the ground. I put my right paw on chest and held him there.

"Get the fuck off!" I growled and my face came closer. I asked one more time,
"Give me your pack! You can still can be in it!" He replied with a "Fuck no!"

So I widen my mouth and aimed for his neck. My teeth clamped on it and sinked in. He screamed in pain and I kept going further. He stopped and blood was on the ground including my teeth. I shook my head with my teeth still in. I shook my head back one more time, his head ripped from his body and I held his head in my mouth.

I walked up to the house with Jonathan by my side, dropped the head ground and growled at the door, telling them to open up. The door finally opened but it was cracked. I push the door with my paw to fully open it.

"Someone get me clothes and for my friend!" I yelled, hoping a person will listen. I rolled the head by pushing it with my snout.

I walked in the house and looked at everyone one. Some looked scared and some looked annoyed. A small boy gave me clothes and he looked scared shitless.

I looked at him weirdly, I was a wolf I didn't have hands to grab the clothes. I told him to follow me to the kitchen. Luckily he understood.

I told him to put the clothes on the kitchen counter and look away. I shifted back and grabbed the clothes and put them on.

"Okay. You can look now." I told the little boy. He turned he was still scared.

"I'm sorry." Why was he apologizing?

I ignored the apology, "Follow me."

I walked into the living room, Jonathan shifted back with clothes on. The people looked at me then head on the floor.

"So you as you can see.", I pointed to the head. "I killed your leader or alpha. So I am your alpha now. Okay? Oh and he is my assistant." I patted the little boy hair.

Their faces all matched and it was shock. The boy gasped and asked "Really?" I nodded and smiled.

"We got a mission." I clapped my hand and told them it.

They all look at me disgust and shock. I shrugged used to this. But either way they were gonna do this.

One of them spoke cutting the silence, "You're not our leader, asshole."

I laughed and look directly at her. I walked up to her talking within each step.

"But isn't it." Step. "True that when a wolf." Step. "Kills." I stared into her eyes deeply, not in a good way. "An alpha they become." I was close, so close that I felt her heart beat. "Alpha of the pack?"

I heard scoffed and she roll her eyes. "That's utter bullshit. And you know it. Your just some whiny bitch that can't get his back so you'll act like a child until you get your way."

This girl had some nerve to speak to me that way. I was ready to shift and tear her apart.

"What is you name?" I growled, "Tell me or you die." My anger was rising each second.

She spatted in disgust, "I don't tell my name to others who don't deserve it."

My hand reached out for her neck but it was so fast that my mind had to process it.

She whipped out a pocket knife and sliced the back of my hand. It was quick but it was a deep cut.

"You-you bitch! What the fuck!?" I stammered out but I was enraged, "I'll kill you!"

I went to grab at her again but her swift movements beat me to it.

She crouched down, sliced at my thigh and drop kicked me all in one, I fell to the ground groaning.

The girl got up and walked over to me with hate in her eyes. Her foot came in contact with my balls with so much force I thought my heart stopped.

She stepped closer to me and she put her foot on my neck. Each word she spoke she stepped down harder.

"Don't. Ever. And I. Mean ever! Lay. Your. Damn hands on. ME!" She stepped off and my breathing choked up.

"I'll kill you!" She threatened me her fists clenching and unclenching, "Do you understand?!" I stared at her with a blank face trying to get my breathing right. I didn't know what say or what to do. I was beaten by a girl.

She whipped out her knife again. "Answer me you asshole!" This time I found my words and nodded.

I pushed it out, "Yes." I growled.

This girl made me look like a bitch. She made her bitch.

I was in shock but I was also in awe.

"It's Eva by the way." She walked away and went outside.

She was amazing; something else.

I like her.
