chapter 1: first day

Cuphead's pov*
                               Today, was the first at school, and to tell you something, i was waiting for my brother, mugman, to come out until i heared a beautiful voice singing at a distance. Since my brother wasn't out and is looking for god knows- where, i desided to go on my own, as i got closer and closer , the voice got alittle more closer i heared a familar voice calling my name," CUP!CUPHEAD! CUPHEAD KETTLE!,"said mugman as he called my full name, i walked back to him as soon as i can, but i be came alittle sad since that voice disappeared as i approached in front of my brother until," CUP!why did you run off like that?," ask mugs as he rised his voice in a worried tone," that voice..."i started," that voice..that beautiful singing..." I murmured," huh? What voice? Did you drink before going to school again?,"ask mugman as we both got on the bus and sat at the back of the bus,"no? I ... *sigh* nevermind, let's just pertend that i never said that," i said as i sat there in silence and a low "ok" was all heared from him. As we rode, something on the inside told me there was trouble ahead of me, but not to brag or anything but, since me and mugs are the most popular guys in school, many fangirls likes to squeal our names, many jocks( which is all jocks)get jealous of me and my bro, but,they don't really bother us since most of them are too scared to pick a fight with us( since there scared that we might turn the tables on them and shoot at them with our finger guns) and most of the here are BORING as HELL( school = hell). But anyways, the only thing that matters in this school the most is my brother and my friends, pom, shadow wolf, Oswald, Mickey, Kate, the bitchy bunny, the actual chick , zero, heartsuke, and Daniel. Anyways, I was walkin'  alone side of my brother  until," REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!," yelled  Daniel as he ran down the halls burning in fire ." HELP!"  said Daniel as he ran down the hallway, " GODDAMNIT DANIEL! you're getting fire all over the god damn school!" I said as a trial of fire was trailing behind him," JEEZ! thanks cuphead , I wasn't burning in fire at ALL," said Daniel as he rolled his eyes  sarcastically while still burning. " I'm sorry Daniel, what CUPHEAD  MEANT to do is help put out the flames," said  mugman  as he helped Daniel burn out his flames he created. Later, after putting most of the flames out mugs and I when to our first A- class, we tried to seek in till suddenly, " MUGMAN?! CUPHEAD?! WHY ARE YOU LATE?!," yelled Ms. Wilson as she squint her eyes at me," it might seem suspicious, but, cuphead and mugman were both  helping me, help Ms. peach tree," boomed shadow as it sat down," oh? is that so? that's very sweet of ya, but as for cuphead....... he actually stepped up and helped?" " yep, heh heh..."        " hmmmmmm..... ok, but PLEASE have a seat, you're disrupting the class," said Ms. Wilson as she went back to teaching," thanks for saving our asses," I whispered ," no problem, since I was late as well, I wanted to full y'all  in on my excuse," said shadow wolf. though, as I was sitting in class I notice that I was sitting in a class where some of the fangirls like to do my work in. You  see, I'm one of those kids  who won't listen to the teacher or take notes,  most of the time I lay back and let all the girls do all the work for me, but it gets  pretty boring  when  you littery have nothing to do when your sitting in class.  in the front, I  saw  someone very strange, he look  new to this school. It was a young wolf wearing a black bandana, though he reminds me of mugs by the way he was dressed, but on the side of his neck was a  scare that look like it had been scratched by strong human hands. Later after class, mugs and I was walking to our lockers along side with shadow til i heared a fangirl scream," Ahhhhhh! LOOK GIRLS, ITS MUGMAN, CUPHEAD,AND SHADOW!" One of the girls said as we started running. Mugs and I ran as fast as we could but, since shadow is mix with a cat,a wolf , a bat , and a bunny. It's  Speed was 40× faster then us, which was kinda embarrassing since i was the head captain of the football team and mugs was the co. Captain of the team. You can imagine how embarrassed we were since shadow can: fly, use other shadows to hide, make a shadow path to jump in, to  make its speed go 60× faster then its usual speed, it can also create shadows out of thin air to make a diversion that only last for a few mins, and can make them to create hiding spots in areas where it doesn't have any shadows at all, and most importantly it can resive and reduce the shadow any time it wants.  all i got is a finger gun to defense myself, and the worst part is: shadow wolf is the leader of the 'arts club'. As mugs and ran, shadow manage to run  Fast enough away from those girls while mugs and I was struggling to catch up.  We ran fast enough to run in a near by bathroom where no girls cant get in. After locking the doors and catching our breath, i heared whimpering in One of the stalls. I opened one of the stalls and saw that wolf from earlier. He was whimpering and shaking on the ground, his  clothes were  ripped. The young Wolf had bruises and cuts all over, and that big huge scare that i saw earlier was bloody red. Dripping on his neck and bandana was blood. I got closer to the young wolf, but as i got closer his eyes and ears perked up.   He saw me and started to scoot away from me as much as possible." P-please dont hurt me," he said , " no more... Please.... Spare me....", he said as tears formed in his eyes. " its ok, calm down we won't hurt you....", i said as i stepped closer. I kinda regret stepping closer cause he tryed to claw at me but luckily he was to weak to get a good hit, so it felt like newborn  baby was tryin to hit me with all its strength. Mugs stepped in and pushed me out of the way, " hi, i'm mugman,this is my brother, cuphead" said mugman in his happiest soft tone," I'm..... Boris," said the young wolf," I'm sorry that my brother scared you, he wasn't trying to,he was actually tryin' to help,"said mugs as he he defended me on my attempt. "oh,I'm so so sorry for hitting you mr. Cuphead, i hope i didn't hurt you very  much, are you ok?,"he said " oh, don't worry didn't hurt me very much,just a tiny SCARE on my face that can easily be healed With much needed treatment" i said sarcastically."                                      
So, what happened", ask mugs," well, i was walking to my next class, until a bunch of jocks stopped me in my tracks, they dragged me to the bathroom and pinned me to the wall and started talking turns punching the heck out of me,"said boris as he looked down to the ground," oh? Did they say anything to you?" I said" yes, they said i was trying to steal there fame and said that they will make sure that they *hic* will make sure that.......... Im *hic* the dweeb of the school,"said boris as  tears started to form in his brown eyes. Mugs wippes away his tears and a min later, i realized that mugs patched him up, and managed to fixed his clothes in a matter of seconds" god, that very impressive," i thought as i saw mugs hugs boris while boris wagged his tail as a 'thank you'."THANK YOU! THANK YOU!THANK YOU!if only my brother was here he would've been pleased to met you!," he said," oh? Who's you're brother?,"i ask as curiosity got to me," i can't really say, my brother like s to keep a low profile on himself, and i promised him that i would not tell others about him unless it's necessary to give it away, but i could tell you this: my brother is a small ink demon and just to be aware of what he looks like; he's wearing an all black hoodie, black skinny jeans, and all black vans," he said as we walked out of the bathroom, " thanks again for helping me," said Boris as he walked away. as we walked to our next class, we saw Pom  in a distance  then I looked over to my right and saw mugman humming a tune, I stopped dead in my tracks when I realized that neither of them was paying attention to were they was going, I had the urge to get each one attention but it was too late when they s said Pom as she laughed, as I rubbed my cheek I was about to say something to I got interrupted," are we going to go or what?," said Daniel as he interrupted me, "does it usually take y'all  this long to come to lunch?," said zero as he created a portal," you sure this is safe?,"  " sure it is, Daniel will tasted it out for us," said zero as he picked up Daniel," wait a min.... what are you-WAIT! HEY! STOP! PUT ME DOWN! DONT YOU DARE THROW ME IN THAT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH-"yelled Daniel as zero tossed him in the portal," are yall coming or what ?," said zero as he jumped inside the portal. we stared blinkly at the entrance of the portal for a few seconds then afterwards, we all jumped in. soon,in a fash of an eye, I was face plant in the ground of the school café , I got up and turned to my right and saw Daniel rubbing the front of his head as he got up." don't you ever throw me in another portal ,again," he said in a annoyed tone," calm down, its not like I threw you In a portal to hell, which to some of us: school is hell." said zero as he rolled his eyes, I laughed alittle  but when I looked to my left  I saw pom  hitting a  whole backflip and ended up landing on her feet. I was alittle  jealous but my jealously died down when I saw mugs flyin' behind her as he crashed in her lap as the both fell on the ground.  after sitting there blushing, both of them started laughing and got up. afterwards, we all got in the lunch line and stood there for a min, until I heared a familiar rude voice," CUPHEAD?! WHERE ARE YOU YA STUBID BAKA?!," said fanny as she called my name in a very booming way as usual, " THERE YOU ARE,  WHERE WERE YOU, YA STUBID BAKA, YOU'RE  a MINUTE LATE," she said as she glared at me," in case you didn't notice , cuphead had to go through a portal, now, if  you have a problem with him taking a new way to lunch then your big mouth of yours is going to get sliced off and I'll laugh my butt off as I watch your mouth bleed open, "said  zero as  he held his knife towards her lips," don't make me regret these words," said zero as he put his knife away to draw no attention," cup, you better get your friend, he's  threaten to cut me," she said as the line moved up," actually,  zero is always true to his words, last time he cut a girls' hair off because she swung her hair at him 10 times," said pom" that doesn't sound ba-" " she was cryin' on the ground because she lost part of her head and was in need of serious help............. BADLY," said pom as she got her food," luckily the girl survived, but she didn't look the same way again," added pom as she walked out the lunch line. mugs, fanny, and I had gotten our lunch as well but zero summoned his own food from the underworld and said demonic food was better then mortal food, afterwards I saw all my friends sittng at one table so I decided to join them. as I was walking I saw boris walking pass me to a table where I only  saw a dark figure, the figure wasn't dark enough to be  shadow or Heartsuke (especially shadow, since you know .... its shadow )   but it was dark enough to cover his own body, I was going to walk over there to them until I heard my friends call me over," CUP! show everyone how  a rapper is done," said dovil as she flapped her wings  at me, "ok", I said as I walk to my friend," remember  this is still a rap battle, so you are going to  battle your brother today, and the topic of the rap battle is:' you and yor bother had gambled ya'll souls away to the devil and is now hitman collecting other people soul contracts', and person who get to jump in is: Zero," said dovil featherton,"but we need someone to lay the beat" said shadow, I started to think and looked back at boris and I notice that he had a beat pad and  headphones and that mysterious hooded person was gone , I was going to ask him he or she something   but  then I heared boris behind me  " oh, hey cup, everything ok?" he said," yeah, I didn't know you were a beat maker." I said ," uhhhhhh, yeah I am," he responded as he blush alittle ," well, do you want to come over and meet my friends and lay a beat for our rap battle?," I ask as  I pointed at my friends," ummmmm, sure if its alright with my- wait... where did he-" perfect, my friends will love you," i said as I pulled boris to our table ," guys, this is boris, mugs and I met him earlier and he's going to make a beat for our rap battle" I introduce," OK, little b, show us what you got ," said zero as he sat down in his seat,  boris got started and this is what happened:
