I stab my knife in the police officer's neck and kick his face. My arm slings around and cuts another guard in the eye.

"Fuck! You little bastard!" He screamed and shot a bullet at me. I squeezed my eyes shut, and waited for my death, although, if I was dead, I wouldn't really be telling you about how I'm feeling right now. Would I?

"That's no way to treat a lady, now is it?" I open my eyes to the back of a familiar head. "Just couldn't wait for your death huh?" I smirked, and Jeff glanced at me from behind, pinching down on the bullet, daring to pierce my body and potentially kill me.

"If anybody's gonna kill you, it's gonna be me." Jeff chuckled and threw the bullet at the officer. "To your left!" He shouted, and threw his knife in a guards forehead.

I turned to my left, and saw an officer aiming at me. My best bet? I slide on the floor, until my body is beneath the guard, and I kick his balls, making him drop the gun. I pick it up, and do a backwards summersault, aiming at his forehead, and pulling the trigger.

Alarms go off in the asylum, and guards pile in by the second. I stand up, and backup until my back thuds against Jeff's. "this just gets better and better." Jeff says with a chuckle. I check how many bullets are left in the chamber, and giggle. "Who told you to save me anyways? I had it under control." "Like hell you had it under control. If I didn't catch that bullet, you'd be dead."

"Shut the hell up and get down on your knees!" An officer screamed, aiming at my head. I raised my hands, and turned my head to the left to get a better hearing to Jeff. He did too. "Jeff." "Janie." I turned my body and he did too. We were facing each other, and he looked so vicious. Bloodshot eyes, with gashes in his cheeks.

"Promise me something." I demanded and he smirked. "Promise me ill see you again." Jeff chuckled and we locked our pinky's together. "Cross my heart, hope to never wake up." We both resited, and before I knew it, Jeff turned his head, leaning in for what I thought was a kiss, until he flipped me behind him, and a bullet was shot.

At first I thought everything was okay, and Jeff was alright, until his blood splatters all over the back of my head, an I turn to see a gapping black whole in Jeff's back. My face stiffens, and I cuff his head in my lap, rocking side to side. "No, no no no!" I scream, and force black tears to stay back. "Is poor little Janie gonna cry?" He smirked with a ragged voice and a chuckle.

Jeff grabbed my face, and pulled my head in until his lips were next to my ear. "Don't be a pathetic little girl." growled, and all his nerves shut down. Jeff... Was dead.

I picked up my pack, hauling it over my shoulder, and sliding my knife in my belt. I was on a hospital roof, waiting for my next victim to walk in front of the sliding doors.

Hi name was John. John Bekam. He was the man that pulled the trigger at Jeff. If anyone was going to kill him, it had to be me, and it wasn't. Which made me mad, and emotional. I hate being emotional.

"Bye Bye." I whispered, and released my fingers, sending the knife launching dead into the gap between his eyebrows. His body stood motionless, and he fell backwards. The little knife was so deep into his forehead, the only part left of the knife was, an inch of the handle.

"Don't go to sleep darling, you'll never wake up." I smiled, and stood up, letting the heavy wind, push against my thick black hair. It use to be a wig, until my hair grew, and it was brown, but I was digging the black, so I dyed it.

I wear blackout contacts, so nobody could see my real eyes, which told lies. Only the pitch black could explain my story.

I pulled the palm of my gloves, and started walking towards the electric wire, that allowed the city power. I unsheathed my silver machete, that I stole from an agency, and slid it half way over the wire, clutching the other side of the blade, and swinging my legs, so my blade slid down the wire.

I looked down, and saw how beautiful the city was. Dark orange mixed with pitch black, and the smell of evergreens, and rain water filling my nose. It was times like this that made me feel like I was an ordinary girl again.

I swung my feet high, so the blade slid deeper enough, to reach the other building rooftop. When I crawled on the building, my machete was kicked out my hand by black timberland boots.

"Hey human." Instantly, I knew who it was. "Go away Ben, I'm busy." I picked up my machete, and placed it back in my pack. "Someone's crabby. Woke up on the wrong pile of leaves?" Irritation grew inside me, but I ignored it. "I saw you kill that guy, you did pretty good for a amateur wanna-be." He teased, and I clenched my fists, gritting my teeth.

I came to a stop, and my bare feet pressed against the wet cement. "Do me a favor, and escort yourself out my life!" I growled, and sped walked towards the edge of the rooftop that lead to a pine forest. To my luck, a thick tree was barley close enough for me to jump.

"You're such a baby. Grow up, you pathetic little girl." The words echoed in my head, and I stopped before I could jump off the building.

"Don't be a pathetic little girl."

I instantly thought of Jeff. My feet, had a mind of their own, and quickly, my body turned around, and my shoulders relaxed enough for my pack to slide off.

"You wanted a fight?" I cracked my knuckles, and twisted my waist. "Well, now you've got one." I smiled, and dropped my belt off my waist. Yes, I wore a belt over my black dress.

Ben smiled back, and I dashed at him, jumping, high in the air, which he didn't expect so I stepped on his stupid green hat. Quickly, before he could, I turned around, and kicked his back hard enough for him to fall forward, and cough.

"There's plenty more where that came from." I smirked, and walked over to his fallen body. Just as soon as I reached him, Ben turned my way, and tripped me. "Jane, if I wanted to hurt you, I would have done it." He places his foot on my chest, and put both hands on his hips.

"You're just to precious." Ben whispered, and I squirmed around. "Let go!" I yelled and tried to kick, but he was just too tall for my 5'6, compared to his, 6'2.

"Why don't you just live with us at the mansion already? You're so stupid." He released his foot, and I felt as if a boulder was moved, inhaling and exhaling like I had asthma.

"I'm not one of you..." I coughed, and slowly started getting up, until Ben grabbed my arm, and practically yanked me up. "Your welcome." He smiles cockily. We stared into each others eyes for a while. Me, panting, searching for the correct air I had. Ben, smiling at me with his black eyes, with red rings int the middle.

He reached his finger towards my face, and gently stroked the loose strands of my hair, behind my ear. It was all in slow motion, Ben leaning in slowly, second by second. Our breaths fought against each other for survival, and his lips were inches from mine.

It would be my first, and I definitely didn't want it with Ben. "Imbecile." I punted him in the balls, and pushed his shoulder out my way.

I jumped to another tree, and climbed up to the thickest branch. Pulling out my pack, I took out my sleeping bag and positioned it, so I wouldn't roll off the tree.

I hung my book bag up by the top hook, on a branch, and slowly snuggled into the warm blanket. I laid there, wondering.

Now that I killed every guard who surrounded us at the asylum, what would I do now? I was never a true killer, I didn't kill people for the heck of it. Although if I ever did, it wouldn't affect me, I would only brush off any type of guilt, and continue my path.

Even though the dumb bastard ruined my whole life, I sort of missed him. Normally he would of tried to attack me by now, but he wouldn't be able to find me, because I'm in a tree.

Hard to say, I miss my enemy.
