"This is nice."

"Collin, we're not doing anything." Astrid rolled her eyes and sat up, pushing her hand into my stomach for leverage. I wheezed and smacked her hand away, rubbing the offended area.

"Geez that hurt and I just like spending time with you. I miss you." Astrid immediately gave me a look that said she wasn't buying my bullshit.

"What do you want?"

I brought my hand to my chest in mock offence. " I can't just love my bestfriend in the whole wide world?"

She just watched me, her face impassive. "No."

I scowled. "I have a date with Kayden this weekend, please come with me?"

"Collin, I can't come with you on a date. Stupid."

"Astrid, it's gonna be a double date! And you can bring them both this time since Kayden tells me you're with both of them." I gave her a look. " Which we'll talk about later."

She at least had the decency to look ashamed. A grin split my face and she reluctantly agreed to go, thankfully overlooking the last double date fiasco. I knocked her arms out rom under her, causing her to hit the ground.

"Now shut up and enjoy nature with me."

"Knock knock!" I stepped fully inside Talia's apartment, taking a deep breath as I steeled myself for the conversation that was about to take place. She was going to kill me. "T?"

"Kitchen!"

A groan left my lips. What was she burning now? " T, we need to talk."

"Okay, so talk. I'm making-"

"Talia, this is important. Please take this seriously."

She set the spoon in her hand down and made her way over to me, confusion etched across her face. "What is it? Collin, what's wrong?"

"I think- I mean, I am interested in boys. I kind of, maybe, have a boyfriend."

"You're freaking out over telling me you're gay? Collin, I don't care if you're gay. I love you no matter what. You're one of my bestfriends. Please don't ever feel ashamed to tell me anything. Come here,' she brought her hand to my face and wiped away the tears I hadn't known were there. "Shhh, I love you so much. So much."

I wiped the remaining tears off my face, embarrassment turning me red. "Not gay, maybe bisexual. I think, I mean I'm still attracted to girls."

She winked at me as she led me to the living room. "Me too. Now, tell me all about this mysterious boyfriend. If you're with him I know he has to be hot."

I rolled my eyes. "Of course he is. I have standards you know. He puts Astrid's boys to shame."

"No way, now I know you're lying. Tell me everything."
