"Thank you come again!" the employee said as he called out to me. I rush through people in the mall to go pick up my baby sister from soccer practice. I pick up me and my baby sister's new phones that I got her for her birthday yesterday, and got mine because my old phone is broken and put them in the backseat.
Sooner or later, I finally got there and she hopped into the car after putting her gym bag in the trunk, like always.
"I got you something shay" I looked at her out of the side of my eye while smirking.
"What is it?" She questioned.
"Let's play 2 clues" I say taking a exit to get home.
"Okay?"
"Clue One, Red" I say lifting my eyebrows up and down.
"Liyah I'm not dumb I see something red in that bag" she rolls her eyes and smirks
"Grab it!" I exclaim.
She lunges towards it and grabs it and her mouth drops.
"OMG LIYAH THANK YOU SO SO MUCH A RED IPHONE 8 PLUS I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU" she screams as we return at our house.
She hugs me all the way to the door.
"I'll unlock the door while you grab your gym bag that you forgot" I say holding my new iPhone XS Max in black still in the box, she runs back to me and I lock my car doors.
We walk in and she runs to her room and starts to play with her phone and set it up.
I decide to be a nice big sister and make her something small like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, I do the same for myself and head upstairs to give Shay hers and go and set up my phone.
I get excited while opening the packaging and right when it's open I put on my screen protector and my case.
I know my sister's and my moms number by heart, along with my best friend Regina's (or so I thought🤭)
