I just finish cleaning the pack house when my so called mother walked up to me. " Look I don't care what your doing come wash Mr. Taylor." She said with so much venom in her voice. She told me to wash my grandpa he is the only one that really cares for me. I walked up stairs to my grandfather's room and man was it dirty.

"Well nice to see you again Megan." He said. He sounded sick it figures because my mom doesn't take care of him.

"Papa your sick." I said. He didn't care "I would die some day as long as the last person I talk to is you." So I took him to the bathroom and put him in the tub. "Megan I know I'm not the smartest of men but I feel that you have great things coming. Your going to find your mate and maybe have a few pups or kittens. Your mom still mad about you being a werecat?" I nodded. "Figures she always held grudges. I could never get her to talk to her mother before she died." Yea my mother was never the happiest person and with dad being at her every foot step just made it worst.

I finish washing him and dressing him. "Papa I belive what you said but the only pup I have is Jackson. If his parents didn't leave him when they got kicked from the pack I would still be alone. " I know but your going to have your own someday." I just agreed. We talked until I heard the alphas booming voice.

"MAGEN GET DOWN HERE NOW."I quickly left my grandfather's room and went down stairs. I was shocked at what I saw everything was broken. There was dirt on the floor glass every were. The alpha was pissed. He slaped me and I feel into the pile of glass. "I told you to clean up while I was gone your lucky you didn't get worst." I didn't try to say something back or it would just be worst. He walked away and I got up. My arm was bleeding from from the cuts. I have been hurt so many times my werecat can't even heal me any more. I walked up to my room which is the attic and was greeted by Jackson. "Mommy what happen?" He asked. For him being 5 he is really protective over me. "I just fell it's ok."

He shuck his head. "No mommy we need to leave you get hurt to much." I took in what he said. I can't have him growing up around this. "Ok we leave tonight I'm only doing this for your safety." He nodded time to plan how we will escape.
