while they were discussing and wondering what happened downstairs, Jeongguk was upstairs completely mad and if this room was his only, It would have been a complete mess.
He couldn't understand why, Why is she coming back to him?, Why is she blaming him?, Why won't she leave him alone when she wished for it in the first place? Why is all of this happening?
He felt so angry that tears, Which he rarely shed, Begin falling on his cheeks, First it was just a silent cry but later he sobbed Loudly, His cries showed how much he was hurt.
"Jeongguk?"
Jimin knocked on the door and jeongguk wiped his tears as quick as he can. Jimin entered and walked over to him.
"Breakfast is ready"
he said quietly
"Okay"
He said while hiding his face with his hoodie.
"Are you okay?"
Jimin asked slowly facing jeongguk
"I'm fin-"
"Were you crying?"
"No"
"if you say so"
jimin left without saying another word.
jeongguk was always used to be bright and hopeful and he really didn't like being sad, his parents were very kind and made him feel loved so he had nothing to get sad about since his childhood but when he loved yeoungsul he kept getting sad and hopeless, after they became apart, she always seemed to give him a depressed vibe. if she knows about the suffering she brings him, she will be ashamed of her existence.
he decides to stay strong and pull himself together. he went to wash his face and walked down with a stupid cute smile spread on his face. he happily sits to eat without minding his friends' confused faces.
"jeongguk"
yoongi calls out for him with his mouth stuffed. jeongguk looked up at him with bright innocent eyes.
"are you bipolar? weren't you mad moments ago?"
"yeah and?"
"what are you going to do about it? are you going to ignore her?"
taehyung asked out of curiosity. jeongguk looked at him then he nervously wiped his mouth and swallowed the food in his mouth to be able to speak clearly.
"well, i'm going to ignore her and forget her and i'll stay strong no matter how hurt i am"
at the last words his voice cracked and he cursed himself for nearly crying infront of them.
They decided not to question him anymore and make him have fun and help him forget about her, they noticed how hard it was for him to break up with her and they know how stubborn and spoiled his ex is and they know very well that she will never leave him so atleast as his close friends, they can make him feel happy and stop thinking about her.
