CHAPTER-14

They reached home around half past nine..... There was a contented smile plastered over their lips....when they reached home...all were sitting in the hall discussing something....
Spotting them Preethi spoke over exitement....

Preethi- lo aa gye dono...

Chacha ji- are aao beta...

They came inside the home and settled themselves on the sofa....

Chachiji- bhagwan joot na bulaye Sameer beta....sahi time pe aaye ho tum dono....ab naashta tayaar hai...tum dono fresh hokar aajao...mai kaana lagathi hoon....

Preethi- haan...aur aaj mummy ne saara ka saara apka favourite banaye hai....

Sameer- are chachiji....itni takleef lene ki kya zaroorat thi....ap kuch bi bana leti to mai ka leta....

She smiled in contentment and was very much happy seeing the bonding between her husband and her family....

Chacha ji- are to isme takleef ki kya baat hai..... Ye to hame bohot Kushi degi....accha bohot take huae lag rahe ho...jake fresh hoke aa jao....khana Kate hai...

Both nodded their heads and went to their room...when they entered the room naina felt something strange with him....he was looking upset ...sullen and dejected...

He was not talking....and remained silent....

she wanted to ask him the reason....but he gave her no chance of asking him.....

When finally Sameer came out of the washroom freshening himself....he was deeply indulged in some thoughts....she was observing him keenly whether to ask him or not...but no now she couldn't bear his silence....she ran to him in seconds....

She ran to him wrapped her tiny little hands around his chest and rested her head on his heart.... Sameer was surprised with the sudden action....but soon he also wrapped his hands around her....

She was scared of his behaviour but when he reaciprocated the hug....she felt peace...

Soon he sensed some wetness in his shirt....wait was she crying....but for what...he got panicked and unhugged her....

Looking at her tear stricken face he was horrified...

"Sameer....mai bhi tumhare saath ghar chalti hoon...muje nahi rehna yaha....tumhare bina...." She spoke breaking the silence between them....

"Naina tum aise kyu keh rahi ho....kya hua...." He questioned seeing her weird behaviour...

"Sameer tume kya hua...ghar aane se pehle to teek the na...ghar aane ke baad mujhse ek baar bhi baat nahi ki... Deko agar tum mujse gussa ho to I'm sorry....pls batao na...kyu aise pareshan dik rahe ho..."she spoke amongst her sobs...

"Aisa kuch bhi nahi hai naina....mai bas bohot tak gyaa tha..." He lied...

"Sameer agar mera yaha ek hafta rehna tume teek nahi lagta to mai nahi rahoongi...waise mai bhi to nahi reh sakti na tumhare bina..." She said still sobbing....

"Are maine aisa kab kaha...." He spoke cupping up her round cheeks...

She spoke nothing in response but turned away her face from him...in anger...he giggled at her cute face.... cupping both her cheeks he spoke out....

"Naina...ye ghar tumhara hai...yaha ke log tume beintehan pyar karte hai... shadi ke baad pehli baar yaha ayi ho...unka bhi to man hoga na tumhare saath rehne ka...aur muje is baat ka koi bhi duk nahi hai...tum Kush...to mai bhi kush...
Deko naina...ye tumhari family hai.....aur is ek hafte ke baad....tum to mere saath hi rahogi na....
Hamesha ke liye..." He said smiling....

She looked at his glintful eyes....that evoked respect for him still more....

"Rahogi na...." He asked caressing her cheeks...

She nodded her head and went into his arms...

"Ab chale...sab hamara intezaar kar rahe honge...."he said breaking the hug....

She nodded and they went out for dinner....the dinner was usual without much talkings....
But naina wanted to know the reason behind his tension....she wanted him to be with her tonight...but how....

Just then naina got an idea and she whispered something in preethi's ears...and smiled....this did not go unnoticed by Sameer...he was looking at her from the corner of his eyes....he definitely knew that something was cooking up in her mind....

Just then Preethi spoke up breaking the silence....

"Jijaji...ab aap kane ke baad kya karnewale ho...matlab ghar ja rahe ho kya .."
She asked sounding normal...

"Aur kya karoonga...ghar hi jaoonga... bohot der ho gyi na...kal mere office ke pehla din bhi to hai..."he replied her smiling....

"Accha...ghar par koi hai kya..." She again bombarded him with a question....

"Nahi...ghar par to koi nahi hai...mai akele hi rahaoonga...sab Delhi gye hai...kyu..."
He asked swallowing a spoon full of dal into his mouth....

"Nahi bas aise hi..." She covered up...

Just then naina poked her with his elbow.... signalling her to bring the correct exact matter up for discussion....

"Aa...ah Jijaji... agar ghar pe koi nahi hai to...aaj ap yahi hi reh lijiye na...waise apke bina meri behan ki dyan yaha nahi rahegi...." She spoke up bring the matter what naina wanted.....

"Par..mai..." He couldn't figure out what to tell...

" Are sahi to keh rahi hai preehi....waise bhi bohot der ho gyi hai...is waqt gaadi chalana teek nahi rahega..." Chacha ji spoke up supporting them...

"Haan beta... preethi ke papa sahi keh rahe hai..."chachi ji also cooked up...

"Rehlo na Jijaji...sab itna bol rahe hai na..." Preethi put forward with pleading eyes....

Sameer lokked up at naina who spoke none....
He looked up at her...
She mouthed a very cute " please" which only he could hear....

Finally he agreed .."teeke...mai yahi reh jata hoon..."he said bringing a huge smile over naina's face ....

Soon the dinner was over....Sameer washed his hands at the place of handwashing...and naina was behind him holding a towel to wipe up his hands....he smiled seeing her.....

Just then preethi entered there....

"Naina mai us kamre mai so jati hoon....tu aur jijaji hamare kamre mai so lena teeke..."
She said pointing out some room...

"Teeke...." Naina mouthed and preethi vacated the place....

Soon every one marched to their room as it was time to sleep....

Sameer had changed into his night wear as naina also had a spare of his clothes with her....
Naina was in the washroom to change into her nightwear....

When she came out changing into her comfortable nightsuit.....her eyes went out to Sameer who was half laid on the bed with his legs crossed over the bed....head resting at the back rest of the bed and his eyes closed....

Lines of tension were clearly visible in his forehead.... probably he might be thinking something deeply.....

She went to him and sat on his lap.....he opened his eyes...and was stunned by his sudden action...she wrapped her hands around his neck and planted a tight kiss on his cheeks.....

He was just blinking at her...still under the effect of her kiss....her hands were ruffling his hairs...he was somehow relaxed...this girl could easily sought out his pain....

"Ab batao....kya hua..."she said looking into his eyes...
