Almost lost treasure

It's been 5 months since Megumi got married to Yahiro Saiga. They were expecting a baby soon too and Yahiro is really making his time in office short to tend his pregnant wife. Yes. Yahiro promised not to work anymore but it can't be helped considering his wife is pregnant and they need to make a living.... somehow.

It was 8 in the morning when Megumi woke up. She felt the other side of the bed empty. She sigh as she got up. Yahiro is a busy person so she knew she have to get used to the fact that Yahiro is not beside her when she wake up every morning. Old habits die hard as they say.

 As she got up and got dressed, she looked at herself in the mirror and caressed her swollen stomach smiling. She was 5 months along. She smiled and thought of how Yahiro will be a loving father to her child as she made her way to the kitchen.

To her surprise, she saw her husband sitting in the dinning room with a cup of coffee in hand, his glorious back, facing her. She can't help but put on a playful smiled as she approached him. 

Without noticing his wife, Yahiro let out a frustrated sigh. Megumi slowly wrapped her arms around his neck which surprised her husband. When Yahiro flinched, he quickly stood up and turned around and saw his pregnant wife backed away a few steps. He gave a sigh of relief. 

"Gosh Megumi! You almost gave me a heart attack!" she just giggled and hugged her husband again."

You need to rest too 'hiro-kun"  He just smiled and kissed her forehead. 

"You go eat first. You need it more. I made pancakes." He then saw a flash of excitement appeared in his wife's eyes and with that said, Megumi is making her way out of the dining room when suddenly, Megumi stopped walking and felt a hard contraction hit her. She groaned in pain

"Hi-hiro-kun" she said softly. She turned to her husband and noticed he went back to focusing on working.

"Yahiro-kun" she said a little louder this time and that got Yahiro's attention. He turned to look at his wife just to see her slightly crouching in pain, one hand holding the door for support, and the other in her protruding stomach . He instantly panicked and went to her side.

"Megumi? What's wrong?" 

"I- AAAAHHH" she screamed in pain as another contraction hit her. Megumi felt her consciousness slipping away. Before she hit the cold hard floor, she felt two arms around her, screaming her name when darkness finally took her.

Yahiro's eyes widened as he saw blood trickling down between Megumi's thigh. He quickly carried her and hastily brought her to the hospital

Yahiro's pacing back and forth outside the E.R . The whole S.A arrived an hour after Yahiro called and told them what happened, together with Finn and Sakura. Tadashi got dizzy just by looking at the man pacing in front of him. When the doctor came out, Yahiro stopped pacing and frantically ran to the doctor's side.

"How is she doctor?"

"She's fine. Did she do something like chores or stressed to some things?"

"I don't think so"

The doctor sighed and shook her head. This action made Yahiro scared of his life. 

"Your wife is fine but the cause of her bleeding is because of stress."

"Is the baby ok?" Yahiro looked at the doctor with worried eyes.

"Yes. Don't worry it's normal for a pregnant woman to have pregnancy-hypertension. Although, I suggest that she will be needing bed rest and avoid doing strenuous activities from now on. Oh, and also, keep her from being stressed out."
