For the past week or so, Kelliana and Uriah hadn't really spoken to each other or approached one another at school.

They would just make small talk and would occasionally see Dean in the halls while they're together, and just like that, they already know what to do.

There was this one time when Kelliana was at her locker, and Uriah passed by her and she pulled him aside to tell him about Gina's 18th party and that she was angry at him for not having any social media for her to contact him. After a long minute of her trying to convince Uriah to make an Instagram page and him telling her to mind her own business, he finally, but reluctantly, handed over his phone number. Then, as if the Gods answered her prayer, in the corner of her eye, she sees Dean come out of his class to possibly go to the bathroom.

In a flash, she has her arms wrapped around Uriah's neck, who kept swearing at her, saying 'what the fuck, Kelliana', until she glared daggers at him and tried to discreetly nudge her head to the Dean was.

Uriah slightly peeped over Kelliana's arm and saw Dean heading their way. Immediately, and shockingly to her surprise, he went into flirt mode, instantly encasing her body in his arms as they held each other like a loving couple. He would make eye contact with her lips more than her eyes, and would lean down to her ear and mumble words that no young girl should hear.

"Is he still there", his hot breath fanned across her cheek after he whispered in her ear. She starts to giggle to make it seem like he said something interesting and then dramatically looked to her side to see Dean glaring back at them hard.

He stood there in the middle of the hallway, his eyes fixated on the two 'lovebirds' and Kelliana couldn't help but get turned on by the way he was staring at her, his fists clenched and his eyes darkened to a degree she's only seen when he was either mad, or fucking her in bed.

She gulped and slightly pushed Uriah back a little, as if she needed breathing space, her eyes never wavering from Dean's own darkened ones.

Come on, do something, she pleaded in her mind, wanting him to come here and approach them. But instead he closed his eyes and then turned around, walking right back into that classroom.

"Fuck", she swore to herself, completely removing herself from Uriah's body, and turning around to slam her locker.

After that experience, it was almost as if she wanted to go up to Dean and scream at him. But she knew he wasn't the jealous type. He was the type of person to let things go and pass him by until he finds a clear reason to act on it.

She knew she needed to step up her game. Because there was no way that he was going to survive on holding back his love for her. There was no way that he would give her up that easily. This is what kept Kelliana going.

It was now Friday, the day before Gina's 18th birthday party.

Kelliana spent the previous night at Gina's house so that they could go together to the mall to quickly buy some desserts and drinks for the party. Because of that, they had come to school late, in the middle of third period since they had to go back to Gina's house to drop off the stuff.

"Surprised your parents aren't scolding us for going to school late", Kelliana jokes as they're on their way to their class.

"Yeah, well it's because they know I've been wanting a big 18th party so they're soft on me today."

The two finally part to their third period classes.

Kelliana decides to text Uriah to meet her up at lunch so she can tell her what to do at Gina's party on Saturday night. She plans to see him in person and make sure that he understands the plan, because if she just texts him the deets, he wouldn't get that clarification from her and will mess it all up.
