That perfectly sums up my friendship with Katherine Mayfair.

We used to be best friends, until the beginning of 5th grade.

Then she started separating from me slowly, then all of a sudden she just stopped talking and hanging out with me.

It was like I was invisible to her. I was just another memory stuffed into the back of her mind.

Whenever I tried to talk to her at lunch she would just get all quiet and weird, like I freaked her out or something.

I don't know what happened to us. It all happened so fast.

Did I do something wrong?

Am I too weird?

Does she just not like me?

I was left with no friends. Katherine was popular.
