Tens Dream Flight

Out of this world

The sky is beautiful, so dark but so bright at the same time, it's beauty was unmatched, I feel so free and at peace just floating, just me and me alone
"YONGQIN Wake up you're going to be late for your first day!"

It's the first day of senior year and I slept in again, this always happens I swear. I'm not the most fond of school but there is no way around it. I walked to the kitchen to grab a Granola bar for breakfast
Mom-"Ten why don't you take an Apple?"
Ten- "mom you know I don't eat fruit?"
Mom- "Oh yes sweetie I'm sorry have a good day!"

My mom is one of the best people on planet earth, she always makes sure I'm happy even though that's not the case half of the time, things have been really rough on me lately....mentally I've felt so trapped in my mind...but I tell myself it's okay it will all be over soon and I'll be free in space with the stars. I've always had a dream of being an Astronaut, the feeling of being alone at peace with no one but me and the sky I would love to draw a planet up there one day, maybe even two, I have dreams and goals just like everyone else except mine are out of this world.

On my way to school every day i pass this one house, it's beautiful, it's so big and a light blue color with white windows and a beautiful garden. I've always admired this house but...I've never seen anyone come in or out of it so I assumed it was vacant. It's always a beautiful way to start my morning since mornings are not the best time for me. It was a Monday and the first day of senior year, I was kind of excited but also very nervous. I don't have many friends at all I'm not popular whatsoever, I have one best friend and his name is Lucas, Lucas is the only one who has stuck by my side since birth. We've been best friends for.... well since I can remember.

It was time for me to walk into the school, seeing so many familiar faces, also so many new faces of the now freshman, it's always refreshing to see new faces since I enjoy reading people, I'm quite good at it actually

Lucas- "Hello earth to Ten?"
Ten-" Oh hey Lucas"
Lucas- "You ready for senior year" *he nudged my arm and I stumbled since he's literally huge*
Ten- "I mean I guess, ready to get this school stuff over with"
Lucas- "yeah I agree, school sucks"
My first class was History, which I had with Lucas so it wasn't as boring, my second class was Math which I was actually really good at so it was a breeze for me, my third class was Science which was my favorite class. I only had three classes this year but they were all spread out throughout the day. Lunch was always an interesting situation, you had your jocks and your cheerleaders all at one table, the "nerds" at another and then you had the somewhat normal kids...and then us, our friend group was small, Lucas, Mark Lee, Jung Yunho, and me. Things usually didn't happen at our school often, it was just like any other school.

The day is over and it's time to leave, Lucas, Mark, Yunho, and I decide to go back to my place to pay Mario Kart which we do pretty often. On our way back to my house we pass the beautiful blue house, to me it looked lively again, it looked as though someone made it happy again, I wasn't sure what it was but I had to know.
