Never Complete Without You

Good morning, sunshine

Caim laid in bed, a gentle snoring heard close by. Slowly opening his gently lit white eyes, he looks around for the source of the snoring. The 20 year old man slowly sat up and removes the soft silk red blankets, blinking slowly and rubbing his eyes. Looking over to the right side of the bed, he looked down beside the bed and saw a curled up fluffy ball. Giving a gentle smile, he then reached down a hand and gently stroked the spine of the curled up and snoring Scoots. Scoots gives a gentle groan and wiggles in her place, Caim sighing and getting out of the bed. Walking over to the dresser, he then opened up his clothes drawer and pulled out his normal white tee and diamond blue button up that went over it and a pair of denim jeans. Putting them on, he then walked out of his room and down the stairs, to the kitchen. Grabbing up a pair of dark colored steel-toe work boots, he slid them on over his socks and sighs gently, turning around the the fridge and grabbing an apple. "She'll wake up soon.." He muttered quietly, walking out to the Livingroom and sitting down on the couch. Listening for Scoots, he sighs and eats the apple. After about 20 minutes of waiting to have her awaken, he grew bored and threw the apple core in the trash, then going back to the stairs. Walking up the stairs, his boots thudded on the ground. Caim grumbles and picks scoots up in his arms to carry her to the Livingroom so perhaps she would wake up soon. Sitting back down on the couch, he then sat the tangerine orange coated mare on his lap, boredly fiddling with her magenta mane. Scoots slowly opens her left eye, that being the only one she really has. Laying still, she smiles gently and nuzzles Caim's hand. "Good morning, sleepy mare.." Caim said, smiling gently at her. Scoots smiles happily and lays there with him, remaining happy on his lap. "Good morning you too.." Scoots said quietly, her scratchy voice gentle and loving when it came to talking to Caim.
