The morning at the bookshop was proceeding as usual, among the customers who came and went and the books to arrange. For sure, you would never have expected to meet your favorite singer, you usually imagined a perfect meeting like at a concert or somewhere else, not while you were at work. You were arranging tourist guides when someone asked:
"Excuse me, can I ask you some informations?"
You turned and he was there in front of you: tall, brown eyes and hair and an incredible smile. You almost tripped over the ladder you were using to arrange the books. You remained there shocked for a few minutes, when Wincent asked :
"I wanted to ask which one of these guides is better"
You suddenly woke up and looked at his hands: he was holding tourist guides for Kenya. You had never been there already and you didn't know what to say, but babbling and trying to maintain a normal tone at the same time you explained the different types of touristic guides. He noticed your embarrassment, so he gently smiled thanking you. As he was about to go away, the words came out before you could stop them:
"I love your songs".
He turned smiling and after having talked for a few minutes and having taken a picture together, he went away. You still could see him while he was paying the book, when he looked upstairs and smiled at you once again.
At lunchtime, you left the bookshop and went to the park. You always used to stop there to eat because there was a pond and you really liked being in nature. That day there were many people walking: finally some spring sun had come out. You were still sitting on the bench when you heard a voice behind you wondering if the seat next to yours was free. You recognized that voice. When you turned, you saw the same sweet smile you saw in the bookshop that morning: Wincent was standing next to you smiling and seemed amused by the situation. You found the courage to answer yes while smiling. As soon as he sat down, you started talking remembering the morning meeting and talking about whatever. The afternoon continued and you hoped it would never end, but after some time he had to go, so you said goodbye after having taken another picture together.
The day of the concert had arrived. A month had passed since that meeting in the bookshop, but you remembered it as if it were yesterday. You were already in the front row with your friends and you couldn't wait for the concert to start. Than the lights turned off and the crowd began to acclaim and to keep time: the music began and Wincent came on stage singing. You still couldn't believe you were there with your friends singing your favorite songs. Between one song and another, Wincent interacted with the audience and when he saw you, he smiled and run down from the stage to hug you and to whisper in your ear that he had never forgotten you since you met the previous month. It was a truly unique feeling and you were sure that you would never forget that incredible experience.
