           _______ ♧ACE POV♧ ______

Ace was scared of confronting his sister, he was terrified of the answer. But it is not like he had any opinion in the matter. The decision was solely his sister's and only hers. He saw her going outside so he concluded she was going to talk to her fiancee. April gave him a slight nod which comforted him a little bit.

Nonetheless, He felt troubled and anxious. Aron was smiling like an idiot from that day so he couldn't talk to him. Ace felt the need to go outside to the Forest. It usually calmed him down and made him think rather rationally.

Walking to the door, he looked around and saw two guards walking through the gardens. At night, the guards usually were guarding the big fence but at day, they roomed around. Ace needed to get past them, to the garden and to jump over the wall separating their home with the forest.

He got an idea, he just needed to do it right.
Looking behind him, he saw no one, fortunately. Ace started walking quietly to the fence, he looked around again for assurance. When he noticed they were not looking at his direction he quickly jumped off but landed with an obvious sound. He quickly hid behind the tree beside the fence. The guards ran to the noise made, but when they noticed no one, they passed it off as a wandering animal. Ace exhaled from relief and carried on to his favourite spot.

It was morning and although that wasn't the norm for Ace to sit by the lone tree and swim into his raging thoughts, Ace nonetheless, still found it comforting but a little risky.

The sky was clearer than any other times he gazed into it. The snow was covering the grounds, creating a soulful sense of calmness. He finally got to breathe a fresh breeze without overthinking. He was 17 for heaven's sake why is he thinking so much?.

But as if his thoughts were heard, he heard a rustling of leaves that made him turn abruptly facing the source of the sound.
And of course, it was no one other than Zia.

She didn't notice him though, as she was facing the other side too immersed in whatever she was doing. Ace could tell she was anxious by the constant huffs she let out. He decided to watch her for a little, not that he was being creepy or anything.

"Moriter?" She was repeating the same word over, so many times while pointing directly at nothing.

After many failed attempts she shook her head, stumbling her feet in frustration" i swear that's what I said last time! Why isn't it working?" She asked herself confused.

Ace smiled at her antics, she looked so cute with her hair pulled up into a messy bun, trying to attempt something which obviously she didn't succeed in. His mistake was letting out a slip of a chuckle which got the attention of the disorientated poor girl which made her jump for fear.

Ace quickly hid, trying so hard to conceal his obviously bigger body but it was of no use.

"Who's there?!- I KNOW SOMEONE IS THERE!!!!" Zia called out angry for being interrupted.
